This year's victory in the 50m BR is Lawrence's 10th @SEEastRegion Winter Regionals gold in the 50m BR. Lawrence got his 1st win in 2010 and has won every year since 2014! Kerpow! 🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆

Yet another medal to report! A brilliant 2nd place to Sophie Payne in the 200m BR ! 🥈🥈 Well done, Sophie!

Session 1 @SEEastRegion SC Champs - Massive shout out for Annie McLeod - she smashed the 800m Freestyle 💪👏👌 coming 2nd overall in the Open Championship 🥈 and bagged a Swim England National Winter QT in the process! Well done, Annie!

Well done, Ryan! 14th in the 17/18 age group @Swim_England Open Water Championships, with a time of 59:36 for the 5k.

Superb swims from our fab four! Ryan came as 2nd fastest male overall and regional 🏆 in the 17/18s. Izzie 🏆 in the 19s. Owen 🏆in the 30-34s Andy 🥈in the 40-49s Thanks to Adam for being our honorary Owen for the photo!

We have another regional champion to crown, with Harry Bird taking 🏆 in the Boys 14 years 200m Fly final! Fantastic swim, Harry! Also, super swims from the others, with Seb taking 🥉in a closely contested 13 year final. Well done all!
