The last time we saw this same setup, the stock went on to fall 58%.
Now we’re seeing it again, and there’s a lot more going on here than just the divergence.
We also have:
• A completed 2.618 Fib extension off the ABC (not shown).
• Gap resistance sitting overhead.
• A broken bump-and-run trendline (yellow line).
