When someone pushes you past what you think you’re capable of achieving and makes you feel uncomfortable, it’s one of the greatest gifts you can receive. Thank that person because they cared enough to invest in you and saw something in you that you might not have.

Watching Super Bowl I can see how a Gridiron fitness routine could benefit a soccer player 🤦🏻♂️🙄😱😡
Watched dozens of players lose mobility and suffer injuries due to careless training programs like this one.
Specific programs for each sport & for each player please.

As a youth player, I said yes to every single soccer opportunity that I was offered. Open gym, open field, guest player, clinics, camps, training with the boys. I just said yes, then my family figured out how to get me there.
That was the magic combo.
