When someone says you are too old to develop in rugby...
What do you do? you start setting base lines and goals for #mastersrugby selection

Please support this cause. I’m sure there will be strong backing from the #rugby community. Shouldn’t be necessary, but sadly it is. This man shouldn’t be having to worry about money. He owes no ‘debt’ at all.

If you play rugby then Fiji 🇫🇯 is close to your heart. A great cause to get behind.

Bula..
As most of you are aware, Fiji was hit by Tropical Cyclone Harold a couple of days ago.
Some of the lads serving in the Corps, have families that have been effected.
I know these are difficult times for everyone but if you can spare some change🙏❤️
The man the legend - you could not meet a nicer and better bloke than Nige.
👏👏 Maj (Retd) Nige Mudd MBE, in less than 1 week of becoming a veteran, is subordinating his own interests for others in need: selfless. @rhqra @GunnerRugby @RAMastersRugby @1stRegiment_RHA @12regtra

Such a shame but obvs the right thing to do. Huge thanks to the staff of all 3 services’ rugby union offices who have worked really hard this week to cohere and communicate the cancellation of all the inter services rugby union matches.
Let’s make amends next year. If you are over 34.5 and want to join a formidable band of brothers get in touch @rhqra @1stRegiment_RHA @3RHA @CO3RHA @4RegtRA @Airbornegunners @12regtra @14Regiment @CO_14RA @ScottishGunners @29_commando @DCG_29 @47RegtRA @1_brigade @7AirDefence
