BREAKING | The NCAA has officially appealed the temporary injunction given to Texas Tech G Donovan Atwell.
Atwell is currently eligible to play, and the case will be heard by the 7th Court of Appeals in Amarillo, TX, where all 3 justices are Texas Tech grads.

NEW | Texas Tech F Jamichael Stillwell has officially been dropped from the Georgia eligibility case, per Court Docs.
The case was not going to be heard until January.
This clears the way for Stillwell to file elsewhere.
