I'd like to once again remind everyone that this "small town store" is owned by immigrants who purchased the business using one of those "only for new Americans" SBA loans, then immediately turned the existing store into an H1B visa mill.
They've been changing names frequently to avoid getting caught, then accidentally stumbled into a lawsuit when they changed the name right after Buccees announced plans to enter the state.
This very reputable "small business" responded with e-begging, claiming they're a victim on gofundme.
This is the exact type of operation that @ICEgov have been instructed to shut down.
Buc-ee's is not backing down from its federal lawsuit against an Ohio mini mart, claiming the store chose its logo and name to try to ride the coattails of Buc-ee's reputation in an amended lawsuit: bit.ly/4icJ727
