To begin N.Ireland utilities don't do smart meters. I current use @loophomes to view & record elec usage however their system will only work via a smart meter from 1stMarch. So looking 4 monitoring kit that communicates locally rather than via cloud service.

Really delighted that our current #passivhaus scheme is attaining the Passive House Plus standard according to #PHPP . Just have to get it through planning 🤞and get it built now. Appointing @__MosArt__ as certifiers early in the process has really helped. @PHAIreland @the_iPHA
