My assistants have blessedly given me some time to decompress coming off of trials and get caught up.
Do any young lawyers/law students want to have a zoom coffee to talk about legal practice/family law? I'm up for being a sounding board.

It’s not hard. Give a flexible work schedule, trust your employees, don’t take advantage of your employees, give them reasonable benefits and vacation time, let them work from home if they want (and don’t create a culture of making people feel less than for WFH)…

When @RH_LLP set its sick leave policy the answer was simple: if you are sick, stay home. What on earth is to be gained from having an employee who feels miserable infecting others for the sake of face-time?

as a manager of employees, my policy is to allow people time off, no qs asked, to get the vaccine & to recover. Because, as a manager of employees, I care about our workplace being safer from COVID-19 outbreaks. Making it easy to get the vaccine & to recover after is good sense.
