UPDATE ON THE OSTROUSHKO CASE: The Ostroushko family, who violently assaulted me back in April, tried to file a “motion to dismiss” their criminal case stating that THEY are experiencing “vindictive and selective prosecution”.
They’re framing their federal charges as “prosecution and harassment” by the Trump administration, for “protesting ICE abuses”, while conveniently leaving out how the whole family took turns attacking me.
They made sure to call me a “right wing provocateur and “troll” and characterized their attack on me as a “scuffle” in which Christopher Ostroushko “shoved me in the back”.
(Reminder, that their attack was so unprovoked and brutal, that even left wing streamers who were on the ground that day were defending me).
The DOJ has responded asking for this motion to be DENIED, stating that the prosecutors on this case have been neutral in prosecuting cases involving both Democrats and Republicans.
Chris, Deyanna and Paige Ostroushko, who took turns attacking me outside of the Whipple ICE facility, have filed restraining orders against me in an attempt to silence my reporting (all of which have since been dismissed), have gone on multiple news shows to slander me and have repeatedly lied in legal documents in an attempt to make public scrutiny of their actions go away.
Luckily for me, everything was caught on camera, including Chris instructing his daughter to attack me, Chris himself slamming me to the ground and Deyanna laughing about how she “tackled me” and then ran.
Their next hearing is in TWO days and will determine if we go to trial or not.

There’s an obscure legal doctrine known as “adverse possession,” under which a trespasser may claim title to land after open, continuous occupation for a statutorily defined period of years (it varies by state)—but only because property law specifically allows it.
There is no equivalent to adverse possession under U.S. immigration law.
Long-term illegal presence in the United States does not ripen into a right to stay, bond hearings, or the same due process protections as citizens.
The Immigration and Nationality Act sets the rules for entry and detention; time alone does not rewrite them.
Neither should the courts, as the Fifth Circuit’s ruling seems to acknowledge.

Probably the most important lesson to take from 1984 is Eurasia/Eastasia war flip-flopping from one day to the next (we are now at war with Eurasia, we were ALWAYS at war with Eurasia). The thing that communists do is they will deliberately change the party line, inexplicably, from one day to the next. It's not hypocrisy, it's hierarchy. They're testing your loyalty to the state.
They must get you to abandon your own eyes and ears, your own logic and reason, and bend to the will of the state. They must get you to believe that up is down, war is peace, men are women, slavery is freedom, and they will invert their most deeply held beliefs the very next day and just...move on as though nothing ever happened. Leaving you baffled and shouting "hypocrisy!"
It's not hypocrisy. It's hierarchy...they need to know that you will be a good little slave and gobble up whatever the state says, and abandon your principles in the process. If you balk and say "wait, weren't we at war with Eastasia yesterday?" you get the bullet. You're not loyal enough to the state. Communism requires that you abandon your humanity, so it cannot tolerate free thinking.
Communism is a religion, not a political ideology, nor an economic structure...it's a religion that worships the state. And whatever the state says, goes.
This is why it's always pointless to call out "hypocrisy" on the communist left...they know. They don't care. The hypocrisy is the point. It's how they flex their unflinching allegiance to the state's authority.
It is a religious cult full of bitter, self-loathing malcontents...they are the fuel for the revolution, because the only kind of person who worships the state, and celebrates this "hypocrisy" is someone who hates themselves...they want to be demoralized, they want to be abused, they want the filth, they want to degrade themselves because they hate themselves. When you accept this, suddenly all of your debates with your local commies make a lot more sense, huh? All of their behavior is less confusing once you see that they are completely demoralized and have no governing principles other than self-loathing.
The more you point out their hypocrisy, the more they get off on it. Just keep that in mind as you debate these freaks.

Pinellas County just approved a mosque expansion at 2577 Keystone Road while describing it only as a “community assembly facility.”
It looks like they tried to sneak this Islamic project through, but the town figured it out... well done!
Residents packed the hearing and fought back. One of them wiped the floor with the commission:
“This is not about individuals who are probably nice people. It is about the big picture and the long term. Islam is not a religion. It is a totalitarian ideology that has a religion. By allowing this mosque to expand, you are participating in the expansion of an ideology fundamentally opposed to Western American values.
It is not good for women’s rights. Women are extremely oppressed. In these mosques, they are not even allowed to pray in the same area as men because they are not considered equals. In Islamic countries, they are regularly beaten and killed for not covering head to toe. It is not good for gay rights. In countries ruled by this ideology, they throw gay people off buildings. The penalty is death.
This ideology is inherently expansionist and does not respect religious freedom. Islam does not live peacefully with other religions. Every country where it gains majority control, other religions become brutally oppressed and illegal. You must think forward to the logical conclusion of the gradual expansion of Islam in the United States and right here in Tarpon Springs. The end result will be antithetical to everything we stand for.
We are in the early phases. The ideology of Islam plays the long game, and we must do the same. Look at Lebanon. Once Islam became the dominant force, it took over completely and brutally oppressed everyone else. As elected officials, it is your sworn duty to protect American values and not let us be slowly taken over by any totalitarian ideology - least of all the most brutal and oppressive one on earth today, which is Islam.

While residents lined up to question a shadowy mosque expansion, the county paperwork never called it a mosque; one person used her three minutes to play the supremacist adhan - showing Floridians a glimpse of their future.
Residents are fighting back.

Two Senate candidates running as independents have ties to Renew American Democracy, the project ran by ex-USAID workers to restructure American governance. And one of them admits on video they've been "coordinating."
According to the polls, "independent" Dan Osborn is in a toss-up race with Ricketts in Nebraska.
Emerson has South Dakota "independent" Brian Bengs within single digits of Mike Rounds.
The strategy is to elect enough independents to deny either party a governing majority—and use their votes as leverage for structural reforms.
Osborn's 2024 field director, Austen Campbell, laid out the plan:
"We have a goal for 2026 to run a slate of independents and deny both political parties the majority in the House of Representatives in hopes of getting an independent speaker."
Bengs said echoed that on a September 2026 Renew to Thrive call:
"We don't need to get 50 or 51 to change things. We just need a handful."
In their words, this handful is to do "arm-twisting" to get the structural reforms they want.

The draft calls that the MODERATE strategy.
And the political objective extends beyond reforming elections.
In 2023, Walt Roberts told the man who now runs the Independent National Convention that stopping the MAGA GOP was "job one."
As for ending the two-party duopoly?
"That's very secondary right now."
Put those statements together.
A plan to deny both parties a majority. Candidates running as independents. A small voting bloc positioned to extract concessions. A documented list of proposed constitutional and electoral changes. And a stated priority of stopping the MAGA GOP.
The question for Nebraska and South Dakota voters is whether they know what these candidates' political allies have been planning... and whether Osborn and Bengs share those objectives.

🚨@DataRepublican has been documenting the network discussing a “Fourth Founding,” with a political crisis potentially creating an opening for major structural reform.
I have been reviewing the Democracy Files exposed by @DataRepublican, @SKDoubleDub33, and @iamlisalogan. While going through them, I stumbled upon this document.
It matters because it shows what one possible legal vehicle looks like.
It is a ready made “Emergency Application” for a state legislature to invoke Article V:
“Be it resolved by the legislature of the State of ______”
If 34 state legislatures submit qualifying applications, Congress must call a convention to propose constitutional amendments. Any amendment would still need approval from 38 states.
The draft proposes changes involving federal power, spending, term limits, checks and balances, and Citizens’ Assemblies.
It also says convention delegates would be elected by popular vote, instructed through state Citizens’ Assemblies, and subject to immediate recall if they departed from their mandate.
No Article V convention has taken place, and the Constitution does not answer many of the procedural questions raised by this proposal.
An attached comment then suggests launching a January 2026 campaign for an Article VII “National Citizens’ and Constitutional Convention.”
That creates an even larger legal question..
Article VII was used to ratify the Constitution written in 1787. It does not provide a modern process for calling another convention or replacing the current Constitution.
This document adds an important piece to what @DataRepublican has been reporting.
The “Fourth Founding” discussion was not limited to just rhetoric about a future crisis. The documents include reusable legislative language for opening the constitutional amendment process, along with comments exploring an “Article VII” route that the Constitution does not actually provide.

The same individual and company that was hired by the Trump campaign to investigate and find the fraud in the stolen 2020 Election was the same indivudual and company involved in running cover for the Venezuelan cartel, Maduro, Serbia, Dominion, and China.
Holder helped launder over $50 billion dollars for the cartels, while feeding the CIA, DIA, Homeland Security, and many other government agencies false intelligence for decades.
This is another part, on top of many other aspects, including compromised judges, as to why nothing ever came about when Holder and Berkely Research Group were hired to find the fraud in the 2020 election. Holder was a triple agent working for Cuba, Venezuela, and the CIA, with his allegiance to Latin America, the Venezuelan cartel, and the Chavez/Maduro regime, while playing the U.S. government.

Hopefully most of these folks are moving out of Northern Virginia in their job quest, helping that state to be red again.
I also hope these people get jobs in the private sector, so they can learn the performance accountability that is so lacking in most of the public sector.

EXC: Obama campaign veterans are recruiting lawyers to help get election posts TAKEN DOWN before the midterms.
The organization is Voter Protection Corps. Its recruitment notice spells out the attorneys’ role:
“lending legal credibility to formal removal requests.”
Volunteers flag election content. Attorneys review it and help prepare requests for platforms to remove it.
They already tested the process.
VPC’s report describes a 2025 operation with platform-specific removal templates and an attorney available to “add his name to post removal requests.”
Now the group wants social-media monitoring treated as:
“core election infrastructure.”
Alongside it: permanent networks of trusted messengers and “prebunking” campaigns designed to reach voters BEFORE they encounter claims the organization expects to challenge.
The people behind the operation include founder Quentin Palfrey, who led voter-protection work for Obama’s 2008 Ohio campaign, and strategist Tim Karpoff, an Obama campaign and administration veteran.
Recruitment partners include Lawyers for Good Government and We The Action. The latter operates within Civic Nation, whose board is chaired by Valerie Jarrett.
The money trail includes a $341,000 grant from Sixteen Thirty Fund to VPC’s advocacy arm in 2020 and a separate $50,000 grant from New Venture Fund to its foundation in 2024. Those filings do not identify the current monitoring program as the grants’ purpose.
VPC calls its voter-protection work nonpartisan. Its documents nevertheless establish a concrete operation to monitor election speech, organize responses and enlist lawyers in seeking removals.
And the plan extends beyond November: year-round monitoring capacity, with preparations for 2028 beginning after the 2026 results.
