POST GAME π @FAUMBB Coach John Jakus discusses the Owls' 87-76 Exhibition WIN over Keiser alongside Forwards Josh Harris and Mason Porter-Brown with our @RLastellaReport π¦π
Scrimmage #1 FINAL-
FAU 87
Keiser 76.
Mason Porter-Brown with 25 points & 8 rebounds. Josh Harris with 21 points & 13 rebounds.
Felipe Quinones sits just 2 minutes of the first half in his collegiate (exhibition) debut. Impressive stuff from the freshman. Jakus trusted him after some struggles with the press.
Tough Start for Kanaan Carlyle. Heβs just 1-9 from the field & 0-6 from three.
Just a scrimmage. But FAU will need him to find his form as soon as possible.
Things are going well in College Park.
For @testudotimes, @JudeWilkenfeld and I were outside Jones-Hill House trying to get players to comment. An athletics staffer took pictures of us, and a police dispatch was called for suspicious activity; a cop and 2 cop cars pulled up, and officers IDβd us and asked us to leave.
