recently decided i won't be riding in any danfo that's in sorry state. cos the fare isnt cheaper, but it comes with so much discomfort.
will rather be patient for the next bus. same goes for not allowing anyone disturbing the peace in the bus.
You’ll most likely regret it. I impulsively got into a danfo a few weeks ago. I actually wrote about the experience but didn’t share it here because my friends thought many people might find it offensive.
The seats, the space, the condition of the vehicle, the driving and the exhaustion on people’s faces.
I kept encountering one thing after another and thinking, surely, this cannot be how things are supposed to work.
The only thing I gained from the experience was a slightly better understanding of what people deal with every day, rather than simply observing it all from the comfort of my own circumstances.

The phase I am in life right now is one where I just want to be with a man who doesn't take life too seriously.
I want us to be each other's joy givers. I want us to chase each other around the house like little kids, play like ten-year-olds, laugh over the silliest things and simply enjoy each other's company.
Life is already complicated enough; our relationship shouldn't become another source of drama. I want a relationship where we can find happiness in the little things, make each other laugh and create beautiful memories together.
Whatever life throws at you, choose to be with someone you can genuinely be yourself around, someone who makes you happy and gives you peace, rather than someone who makes everyday life feel like a burden.
I want love that feels like friendship, laughter, peace and a safe place to be.

Good governance should be judged by the living conditions of the people and the security of their lives, not by the speeches government officials deliver.

Your old foolish ass is in the US, yet being a political nuisance to Nigeria.
Where were you when APC thugs attacked his supporters unprovoked?
I am profoundly saddened and deeply disturbed by reports of violence directed at members and coordinators of the Nigeria Democratic Congress (NDC) and the Obidient Movement in Delta State.
I unequivocally condemn the attacks against our coordinators, supporters, and fellow citizens who were merely exercising their democratic rights. Political violence has no place in a democracy and can never be justified. No political aspiration is worth the life of a Nigerian, and no dispute should be resolved through intimidation, physical attacks, or the destruction of property.
It is particularly troubling that, at a time when Nigeria urgently needs responsible leadership, some individuals continue to believe that political influence can be secured through thuggery, fear, and violence. Political authority should be attained through persuasion and the trust of the people, not by intimidating opponents.
I urge the Government and the security agencies to conduct an immediate and thorough investigation into these attacks, identify those responsible, and ensure that they face justice, irrespective of their political affiliations. The safety and security of our members must be assured.
We will not be intimidated or silenced, nor will we relinquish our democratic space to violence. Our response will remain peaceful, lawful, and determined.
Nigeria belongs to every one of us. No political party or individual has exclusive ownership of the democratic space. Every Nigerian is entitled to organise, gather, express their views, and freely elect their leaders. Our nation needs constructive ideas rather than intimidation, responsible leadership rather than thuggery, and democratic contest rather than political violence.
I stand in solidarity with everyone affected in Delta State. A New Nigeria must be founded on justice, liberty, peace, and respect for the dignity of every citizen.
May God bless Delta State and the Federal Republic of Nigeria. -PO
