Super exciting to finally see my first, first author research paper out in the wild in @PLOSPathogens! Have a look at our analysis of how phenotypic variation between Devil Facial Tumours been directed by the differentiation state of their progenitor cell! journals.plos.org/plospathog…
After a wonderful almost 3 years in the @JGDPrendergast lab at @roslininstitute, I have sadly moved on to pastures new! I will miss all of my colleagues and friends but I am excited to start a new adventure!
And on that note, I have today started a new position at @LSTMnews!
An absolutely MASSIVE turn out for this yesterday! Such a lovely event and so much money raised for an essential cause. Thanks so much for your hard work organising this, Omar!
Organised a bake sale fundraiser for @UNICEF Children of Gaza Crisis Appeal at @TheDickVet @roslininstitute Easter Bush Campus.
We have raised £3,827.
A tremendous show of humanity on campus.

This work was largely completed under quite difficult conditions, at the height of pandemic lockdowns and across several continents! It's great to see it finally out in the world!
