does anyone else often feel like they need to apologize for simply existing ? I am not suicidal but I often feel like i need to apologize and I feel guilt and annoyance at my own presence and any sign of my life.

Again, Im not suicidal . . ! Im merely curious and I wonder if anyone else has these thoughts. I always feel annoyed of my presence. If i get too excited , talk too much , post too much , draw too much , i become agitated and annoyed at myself and i have to punish myself.
