Trying to contact @DHLParcelUK is such a farce. Driver turned up an hour early, stuffed card thru the door and ran off... Then get a 'tried to deliver my parcel' with a diff timestamp. Suspicious as anything. Phone system is crap: just says left a card then cuts you off.
I hope that @gigaclear broadband is faster and more reliable than their customer operations. What a joke.
It’s not got the best reputation tho; lots of opportunities for confusion. There are better options available to you that don’t rely on downloading an app.
