RVC Status Update: Temporary Relocation & Schedule Notice
Due to the continued stream of threatening messages being sent to our email, Right Voice Casting is in the process of relocating our offices to ensure the safety and peace of our staff.
We will resume full operations after the New Year in 2026.
All ongoing projects remain active, and current and future auditions for rostered talent will continue without interruption. This will be temporarily handled through District 3 Media until further notice.
All current members should receive an email containing a more detailed explanation from D3M in the coming hours.
For those who have not yet submitted NDAs, we are still accepting them. Scheduled interviews will proceed as planned, while new interviews and onboarding will temporarily pause until we are settled in our new location.
We will also be stepping back from X for a while, as the atmosphere here is quite volatile.
Don’t worry, we aren’t going anywhere. Our focus is on our current roster, our clients, and maintaining the professionalism and integrity that define this company.

Our previous post extended an opportunity for those involved in the threatening messages sent to Right Voice Casting staff to come forward and reconcile publicly or privately. That offer has expired.
No one has taken responsibility or made any attempt to contact us in good faith. Therefore, all evidence and communications are now being turned over to the appropriate federal authorities for full investigation and prosecution.
We want to make this clear - our team remained patient and professional throughout this process. We gave every chance for resolution, but accountability must follow action.
We continue to stand firm in faith, integrity, and lawful conduct. Threats, harassment, and intimidation have no place in this industry or anywhere else.

Attention to the individuals who sent death threats to our staff and company:
We have temporarily unblocked all accounts to ensure this message has the highest chance of reaching those involved.
This is a one-time opportunity that will not be offered again.
You are being given the chance to take full responsibility and make a public video apology - stating your names and posting it from your primary X accounts.
If this is done promptly and sincerely, Right Voice Casting and our parent company, District 3 Media, will refrain from pursuing criminal charges or civil damages.
We have already been in contact with authorities. They have confirmed that these threats fall under federal jurisdiction (Title 18 U.S. Code § 875), which carries penalties of up to five years in federal prison and substantial fines.
If you issue your public apology before your information is forwarded to the FBI, law enforcement has agreed to retain the data on record without advancing it for prosecution - unless this behavior repeats.
However, if no apology is received within that time frame, all bets are off:
Your information will be turned over to the FBI and relevant state authorities.
You will face criminal prosecution under both federal and state law.
We will also pursue civil damages for the harm caused.
Your names will be made public.
This is not a light matter. Sending threats of harm or death is a federal crime and can lead to imprisonment, fines, restraining orders, and a permanent criminal record.
If you know the individuals responsible, we urge you to share this message immediately.
We are serious about protecting our staff, our company, and our community. We will not tolerate intimidation or violence, online or otherwise.
You can call it whatever you like, but sending death threats is a serious crime. We have screenshots of every post/repost directed at us, metadata, and Amazon webservices has even more. This is all in the hands of authorities. If you were involved or know who was, do the right thing. We will not engage in insults, only facts and consequences.
We have been live recording our feed for the past 48hrs. Deleting your post is not going to hide it.
For context: while the RVC account has blocked a large number of accounts here on X, our parent company’s IT team has been monitoring the situation closely since the first threat we received last week.
They’ve collected and archived hundreds of hours of public activity, including posts, comments, and group discussions. It’s clear that several of these individuals did not act alone.
This is now a matter being handled by the appropriate authorities. Any snarky or dismissive comments about the situation only make things worse and reflect poorly on those making them.
The offer we are giving may be taken off the table if we receive too many more of these aggressive comments.
We take the safety of our staff and talent seriously and will continue to cooperate fully with law enforcement.
