Everyone over 18 should have one, you don't need a lawyer, you must tell that person what you value. Keep it as simple as you can imho (minimal people involved), you need one for health and welfare and finance. The next of kin can't just do it without an lpa.

ReSPECT is being implemented at @RWT_NHS 1st September. You’ll start to notice communications relating to this over the next few weeks. E-learning will be mandated for some staff either for awareness or knowledge for form completion. This will replace our current DNACPR process.
