@RWellenstein

Mother of 5, and Momma Rox to a select few. I'm a lover of all sports, but I'm crazy about App State Football. Do what's right instead of what's easy.

App Nation, I know you’re distraught about the loss. This is a friendly reminder to turn back any analog clocks tonight you might own. Love Yosef and one another. 🖤💛❤️

Scott Satterfield has a really cool story about his mentor Jerry Moore. Moore, who is 87, is a former Texas Tech HC and longtime Appalachian State HC. He drove from Boone, NC to watch the Bearcats take down Texas Tech, who fired him in 1985.

To be loved and impacted by Coach Moore and Mrs. Margaret is one of life’s greatest blessings. They came all the way to Cincy and couldn’t wait to sit down with the Cardwell kids and tell them about their dad. Forever grateful for these two and these moments! @CoachCardwell_
