I'm happy to announce the huge update to the Elfnote Ars Magna Guide is now live!!
The update is free for everyone who bought the Elf guide initially, as I'm thankful to the support you have all given my work.

Many random theories but prev hidden cards for the UC board were in fact FS Desirae & Agnumday.
Why FS?
1. link-climb potential
2. a S/T negate against Hey Space Trunade
3. Interrupt with desirae GY effect when popped by Sharvara
I can post the 1-card combo if there's interest.
He doesn’t realize Unchained is a top 5 deck of the format — but he will soon

So a lot of interest in this deck but a repeat question of “what to do under Fuwa”
Here is a one-card line into fuwalos; keep in mind unchained is a two-card combo deck and Shma is the worst card into Fuwa.
End board has 4 layers of spot removal + follow up generated

In the midst of Toon anticipation and our current reign of Tier 0 Ars Magna decks (they are in-fact tier 0 but you can still play other decks for fun), Unchained is a seriously overlooked deck.
This deck has incredibly layered end-boards. Will likely post more about this deck.
As some of you have guessed, the hidden cards were Tri-Brigade cards; this is likely the best ver of Toons for the TCG.
It addresses important meta-elements for the toon engine:
- play options to minimize purulia draws
- way to beat Gallant Theif
- easy bridging between engines
While it’s never the full hand-held details, I think competitive content has def improved this year from the likes of:
- @PRRJ22
- @DanieleLorenzi7
- @PhantomsYGO (hugely underrated)
Lazy content such as Tier-lists unfort appeal to the algo, and are the most go-tos
Replying to @MBTYuGiOh
Finally: I wanted to talk about this post.
Because, like... is there ANYONE making good, "competitive" content?

ALSO @Gnurrgard’s CONTENT has been VERY good this year! Pls check it out!
There’s been discourse regarding the state of the game being “more or less the same combo slop” post banlist
And I think that’s a pretty disingenuous assessment of the format
@KottonJesse posted a recent video that provides a good post-list review

Its nice that Konami pre-hit Toons to a degree; but this deck is still going to very likely be the best deck of the format on release.
Nothing obnoxious, but it's the deck with the fewest glaring weaknesses and the most efficient cards. Will post more about the best version soon

My tierlist view of the upcoming post-banlist metagame, along with where new decks from Magnificent Maestros would fall on the tiers.
Angelechy & Medius-combo decks are likely going to be format frontrunners, with the overall format pretty wide open otherwise.

YCS Houston:
- Finished 44th (10-4) in advanced (Elfnote Ars Magna)
- Made day 2 (5-3) in Genesys (Pure Invoked)
Lost 2 rounds to my own mistakes, but was very happy with my Elfnote list. It’s been a great run with the deck.
Giving my elf powers to @TrifGaming to win the YCS
