AntiCD38-based quadruplets set the bar pretty high for early PFS rates PFS and now we have a worthy challenger!
Whether this eventually displaces autologous transplant or not, one thing is for sure—BCMA bispecifics in induction will certainly make all of us think like transplanters when it comes to our infectious disease game (>35% Gr3 infections, 6% CMV reactivation).
Biggest question that will need answering is whether everyone need a BCMA TCE upfront and for how long?

No beneflt from salvage HCT (if one was given in 1st response) vs continous Rd treatment (IMO)
Careful about offering HCT at relapse (not given purposely in first response but "saved" for later stages) since attrition in MM up to 30%
