My hot take this morning is that those of you who are Seyi Makinde and Sowore supporters are just Tinubu supporters with no balls.
You clearly know that the election is between Peter Obi and Tinubu, but since you don’t support Obi and don’t have the balls to publicly support Tinubu, you declare your support for either Seyi Makinde or Sowore, who obviously cannot win the presidential election in January.
You just want to divide votes for absolutely no reason. What some of you don’t understand is that the APC desperately needs votes to be divided.
I believe Seyi Makinde is a good aspirant, but you and I know that he is not Tinubu’s competition. He doesn’t have what it takes to win the presidential election in January. So tell me, exactly why are you people so desperate to divide the votes?
We see through you and the corn in your pocket. All those gimmicks na just fugazzi.
We are done pleading with you people to vote wisely. Do as you like. If the country spoils beyond what it is now, all of us will still suffer the consequences. Or do you think I’m the only one who will probably have to buy fuel at ₦2,000 per litre?

No thug born of a human would dare attack this gathering, and there is a reason.
I have said this before, and I will say it again: I am a preacher of love. I want to raise children who are kind, compassionate, respectful, and considerate of other people. But I will also teach them that kindness does not mean accepting bullying. They must learn to stand up for themselves and defend others when necessary.
They should know when to extend an olive branch and when to stand their ground. They should never mistake being peaceful for being helpless. They should not be writing a poem when it is time to draw a sword.
I don't want to raise children who look for trouble, but I certainly don't want to raise children who are afraid to confront it either.
The world can be ruthless, and kindness should never come at the expense of self-respect or personal safety.

Since I woke up this morning, I've taken my time to go through the comments, quotes, and advice people have shared. Trust me, I'm going to take every single piece of advice seriously. However, there's one advice I will not take, and that's people telling me to stay away from politics and focus solely on my business.
I think I responded to someone's comment suggesting that we should vote for Peter Obi, and I noticed that quite a number of people dragged me for it. But honestly, why should I be told not to talk about politics and just concentrate on my business? Who do you think put me in the situation I'm currently in? Is it not the government? I shouldn't talk about politics, but politics is talking about me. Do you understand how badly government policies have affected my business and my livelihood?
I'm genuinely grateful to everyone who came through for me, but the truth is, I'm still going to bear losses. And who created the economic conditions that contributed to those losses? The government.
Let me also address those who believe I made a financial mistake by opening the shop in the first place. Yes, perhaps there were things I could have done differently, but let me give you some context. My shop is strategically located between two major universities in Port Harcourt: the University of Science and Technology (UST) and Ignatius Ajuru University. These institutions have thousands of students. Do you honestly think these students don't want cookies? Why do you think I chose that location in the first place? The idea was simple: students from both universities would make up a significant part of my customer base.
Interestingly, since this whole support campaign started, a good number of the people who have shown up to support me are students from these same universities. They have always been my target audience. But the problem is that the economy has destroyed their purchasing power. These students, who ordinarily would patronise my business, are now more concerned about paying school fees, feeding themselves, and meeting their basic needs.
And somehow, I'm being told not to talk about politics?
You're telling me to focus on my business, post my products, and leave politics alone. But why can't I do both? Why can't I promote my business and also speak about the political leadership and candidate I believe can bring about the change we desperately need? Why shouldn't I advocate for someone I believe can help change the circumstances that have made running a small business this difficult?
I was fortunate that my situation gained attention and people rallied around me. But what happens the next time? Will I have to depend on a viral post before I can make meaningful sales? Is that how a business should survive? Absolutely not.
I appreciate every single person who has supported me, advised me, encouraged me, and shown me love. I will take the business advice, learn from my mistakes, and make better decisions going forward.
But please, don't tell me to stop talking about politics. The economy is affecting my business. Government policies are affecting my customers. The political decisions being made in this country have direct consequences on my livelihood.
I cannot separate my business struggles from the politics and economic realities that contribute to them. I have every right to speak about both.
PLEASE VOTE PETER OBI!!! ✌️

First winning the league got teams like Chelsea and UTD thinking they could do it too.
Then when Brighton beat the champions it made the other teams think that maybe they could do it too.
They were all wrong af

Dear Nigerians,
There should be no 2027 except we are ready for this.
1. Wife’s Lere Olayinka got into INEC server and shared Emeka Ike’s voters data. Emeka went to Court and court told him, Lere did no wrong. Emeka came out crying.
2. Davido literarily ran to Abuja

Tinubu's strategy for second term was to intimidate the opposition into submission by poaching all the governors and big men in Nigeria into APC. He believed that his method would have a two-pronged result:
1) Sapping the will of opposition candidates to even dare to contest against him. His logic was that they would be intimidated by the fact that almost all the governors are with him but unfortunately for him, he is facing a stubborn opposition like Peter Obi whose approach is different.
2) Tinubu believed that the governors and big men controlled the masses hence he thought that once he captured the elites, the rest would be history. This informed his decision to favour the elites and fund them endlessly at the detriment of the masses whom his policies made poorer. But he forgot one important aspect: when the poor no longer find food to eat, they would set their sights on the elites who become their new prey. You cannot control a hungry stomach that sees your mouth chewing chicken to his face.
The result of his failed strategy is that he has been rejected everywhere in Nigeria today. He would go down as the most unpopular president in Nigeria's history.
Nigerians have agreed that Tinubu must go.

You see this thing Peter Obi does, going into the hinterlands to hold town hall meetings? He actually did the same thing when he was Governor of Anambra State. And I’m not talking about campaign visits.
Every year, he visited towns across the state, at least one in every LGA, to hear directly from the people. He continued doing this even after winning his second term.
His wife, Margaret Obi, did the same with Anambra women. She visited all 177 towns in the state, holding town hall meetings to hear their concerns and understand their challenges. This had nothing to do with election campaigns.
I know this because my late Mum was the then Secretary of Ekwulobia Women Council (EWC). As a matter of fact, I was the one doing most of the secretarial work. I practically doubled as the de facto secretary of both EWC and Ụmụada Ekwulọbịa because the then President of Ụmụada Ekwulọbịa, Mrs. Ngozi Obeke, who was a close friend of my Mum, wouldn’t let me rest with writing letters and handling other correspondence. 😂
I actually enjoyed doing it back then.
Peter Obi was the same yesterday as he is today.
Peter Obi will not stop at the airport to address you people, talk about how there is no electricity at the airport, and then jet back to Abuja within ten minutes of addressing you.
Do you see how he is visiting all the states in Nigeria? This is a sign of a committed leader who holds the interests of Nigerians to heart and will not turn the UK and France into his second home.
Remember when Tinubu visited Jos following the deadly attacks in Plateau State? He met community representatives near the airport and reportedly told them, “You have no light here, I'll fly out in ten minutes.”
Nigerians, the ball is in your court.
Will you join the boat of prosperity and fight for your country's freedom from the hands of politicians who don't think you're worth their time, or will you fold your hands and endure more years of bad leadership under the APC?
