When you give to World Vision Canada, you aren't just donating, you are becoming a vital part of a global community dedicated to seeing every child reach their full potential. 🧡
Financial integrity and transparency are at the heart of everything we do. We take our role as stewards of your generosity seriously, ensuring that the vast majority of every dollar goes exactly where it’s needed most: into the hands of communities overcoming poverty and injustice.
Because of your trust, we can show up in the world’s hardest places to provide clean water, nutritious food, healthcare and education.
Together, we are creating a future where every child is free to dream. Thank you for standing with us.

Fragile regions represent only a quarter of the world's population, yet they account for 75% of those living in extreme poverty. These aren't just statistics; they are lives, futures and dreams currently at risk due to chronic instability.
In 2025, we didn’t just talk about change; we moved where the need was greatest. 31% of our total resources were deployed to fragile regions like Sudan, Myanmar and Haiti; places where conflict and instability are the daily reality for millions of children. When the world is at its most volatile, our commitment is at its strongest.
We are on the ground, but we can't do it alone. Join us in protecting the world’s most vulnerable children.

A strong family is the same in every language. 🌍❤️
Today in Canada, many of us are taking an extra moment to celebrate Family Day. We’re skating, sharing meals, and enjoying the people who make our lives whole.
But at World Vision Canada, we see Family Day through a global lens.
In the communities we serve, we don’t just celebrate families, we work to make them self-sufficient. We know that a child can only truly thrive when their parents have the tools to provide for them. Whether it's a "Starter Farm," a micro-loan for a small business, or access to clean water, strengthening the family unit is the most effective way to break the cycle of poverty.
Today, as we celebrate our own families here at home, let’s remember the global family we are all part of.
What does "Family" mean to you in your work or personal life? Let’s celebrate our connections in the comments. 👇

As 2025 comes to a close, our team at World Vision Canada wanted to take a moment to look you in the eye and say: Thank you. 🧡
Behind every clean water well, every emergency food kit, and every sponsored child’s success story is a donor like you, and a dedicated team here at World Vision Canada working to steward your gift.
Whether we are working in the field across 50+ countries or answering your calls here in Canada, our mission remains the same: to follow Jesus’ example in loving the most vulnerable and seeking "life in all its fullness" (John 10:10).
Because of your trust and generosity this year:
✨ Millions of lives were touched by sustainable change.
🥖 Families in crisis received life-saving support.
📚 Children were empowered to stay in school and dream big.
You aren't just a donor; you are a partner in this ministry. As we look toward 2026, we are filled with hope for what we will accomplish together.
From all of us at World Vision Canada: Happy New Year! 🎆

At World Vision Canada, our mission is simple: we’re fighting for a world where every child is safe.
Safe from violence, exploitation, child marriage, and forced labour. Safe to fall asleep without fear, to wake up healthy, and to learn without danger standing in the way.
For us, child protection isn’t just a vision - it’s a promise. We work alongside parents, strengthen communities, and advocate with governments to make sure every child has the right to a safe and protected childhood.
And here’s where you come in. Your support fuels this fight, turning hope into safety and protection for the world’s most vulnerable children.🧡

Imagine having to cook every meal with unsafe water. 💧
For millions of families, this is a daily reality. Access to clean water significantly reduces child illness and opens the door to healthier, brighter futures.
