I was also a victim of this last year I made a P2P transaction of $100 on @Bybit_Official last year, few weeks later, I was sent a mail by kuda bank that a lien was placed on my account and I should send proof of money which i did. Kuda and I exchanged a few emails, and I sent the proof of the p2p transaction, which was clear in the mails I sent to them. @joinkuda told me the proof I sent was not enough, and I need a police report and Avidavit from a court. I did everything I could to get the police report and court order, but Kuda bank still told me that it wasn’t enough, and I have to meet them in court and get a lawyer due to the p2p transaction of $100. It’s over a year now and my money is still locked in kuda. My kuda account is useless, I can’t receive or send money. The experience has made me despise bybit’s P2P feature, I would never use their P2P services again.
