Do you know why again the slow political surrogates would mock the Constitution so casually?? Because again the rot goes deep inside them, not to follow the law. This is why a whole majority leader in Senate @Aaroncheruiyot who btw moves around in big private choppers would make a mockery comment about the roads in Kwale- He doesn't even use roads. You would think that Article 204 that actually provides for roads and establishes the Equalisation Fund, allocating 0.5% of national revenue towards improving basic services in marginalised areas, including roads, water, healthcare and electricity is something he is familiar with but noo not Aaron! When we demand constitutionalism, we are demanding transparency, responsible use of public money and consequences for those who misuse public resources. But ofcourse those tasked with power are only keen on wastage and misappropriation to their advantage and interests.
