I like how games used to punish you for rushing through them.
This isn't Veilguard. Reload an 8 hour save and get his armor.
Peak "I dont need no man" question.
Hey @grok , what happens if we connect two plugs, to each other with a cable? 🤔🥺
I've learned that you can't be civil with people who have a mental illness. Thus, I will not be signing or supporting the #SaveMassEffect movement.
I am not the target audience. The point was to save the IP. Not BioWare.
This is ultimately why #SaveMassEffect will not succeed. You need every voice. And people like this don't want your voice.
Because you're still not the target audience. They don't want to save Mass Effect. They want their voice restored.
They want rainbow BioWare. Or nothing.
Just started Monster Hunter Wilds and spent way too long in the character creator. Let me know what you think.

Raven Ranks as an X account will be retired and disabled on October 31st.
This is a decision made on my own to start over clean on X.
Thank you.
The Expanse coming out in support of Mass Effect is huge and almost poetic.
#SaveMassEffect
The Expanse show was saved by fans in the past. So the #SaveMassEffect movement has our full support.
Please consider signing the petition (link in the quoted post).
I don't want to see BioWare "saved".
Andromeda.
Anthem.
Veilguard.
Three in a row. The studio deserved to be shut down.
I do want to save Mass Effect as an IP. And I think either @asha_shar Xbox studios or Larian would do it right.
#SaveMassEffect
Right.
#SaveMassEffect is now over 165k signatures. @EA going to make a statement? @asha_shar has the resources to bring this IP to Xbox.
Serious question: At what point does this industry actually start caring about what their customers actually want?
Because we want Shepard.
Jennifer Hale is on board. Then so am I. This woman is an icon. I don't care about BioWare. But save Mass Effect.
#SaveMassEffect
Listen... to the 9 people that actually read my posts.
BioWare as a studio does not deserve to be saved. But Mass Effect as an IP absolutely does. And not in the hands of EA.
For that, I lend my voice to this movement. Only to save the IP, however.
#SaveMassEffect
Save the IPs, sure. They're great IPs.
BioWare as studio can burn, however.
Amidst major outrage over the shut down of BioWare and the cancellation of the next Mass Effect, a petition that manages gain more than 100,000 signatures in ~48 hours🚀
I endorse this petition and the movement to restore BioWare and saving the next Mass Effect.
Yesterday, we learned that Canadian politician Avi Lewis is calling for the government to aid and support keeping BioWare open, and go independent with their IPs.
Many are also calling for big entities like Microsoft to step and purchase BioWare and/or Mass Effect.
So let’s #SaveMassEffect!
Let’s support that and NO DISC 💿 NO BUY🫡
The logic outweighs the agenda.
Never stop pushing back.
No... we're really not. Most people are celebrating.
Fuck BioWare.
Mass Effect fans are calling for a boycott of all EA products and services in protest of the company closing down BioWare and canceling the next Mass Effect game. bit.ly/4siIubW
Let it go. Move on.
BioWare is cooked.
#SaveMassEffect - A Message from the founder.
First, I want to say thank you.
When I started this petition and created #SaveMassEffect, I had no idea how quickly the community would come together. What began as one fan refusing to quietly accept the loss of something that meant so much to so many has grown into a movement supported by tens of thousands of people around the world.
And we’re only getting started.
Mass Effect has never been just another video game franchise. For many of us, it represents years of unforgettable stories, characters, friendships, and choices. It’s a universe that inspired us, brought us together, and reminded us that even against impossible odds, our actions matter.
That’s why this campaign exists.
Our goal is simple: Give Mass Effect a future.
We’re asking Electronic Arts to seriously consider two paths forward:
1. Commit to continuing Mass Effect’s development, with the resources, talent, and time necessary to deliver the experience this franchise deserves.
2. Explore licensing Mass Effect to a qualified development studio capable of carrying the franchise forward if EA no longer intends to develop it.
We’re not demanding rushed development, unrealistic promises, or an immediate announcement of a new game. We’re asking EA to recognize that this franchise still matters and that its community deserves to be heard.
I also want to make something very clear: This campaign is not against the developers, artists, writers, or employees of EA and BioWare. These are the people who helped create the universe we love. They deserve our respect and support.
Our campaign will remain respectful, organized, and focused on constructive solutions.
Where We Go From Here
As the founder of #SaveMassEffect, I’m working to turn the incredible support we’ve received into an organized effort.
Over the coming days, I’ll be focusing on expanding our outreach, connecting with gaming journalists and community creators, bringing volunteers into the campaign, and establishing a professional line of communication with EA.
With N7 Day approaching on November 7, we have an opportunity to show just how much this universe still means to people around the world.
Our next milestone is 100,000 signatures. But signatures alone aren’t the ultimate goal. Our goal is meaningful dialogue and a genuine opportunity to secure Mass Effect’s future.
How You Can Help
- Keep sharing the petition and using #SaveMassEffect.
- Encourage fellow fans to participate respectfully.
- Share what Mass Effect means to you and why you want to see its story continue.
- Help spread the campaign beyond our existing communities.
I’m currently organizing this effort independently, and I know I can’t do everything alone. As we grow, I’ll be looking for dedicated community members who want to help build something lasting.
Finally, I want everyone supporting this campaign to remember something:
We cannot guarantee that EA will change its plans. But we can make sure the community’s voice is impossible to overlook.
Every signature represents someone who believes this universe is worth preserving.
You have already shown me that I am far from alone in that belief.
Thank you for standing with me. Thank you for standing with the developers who gave us this incredible universe. And thank you for refusing to let Mass Effect’s future go unquestioned.
Our choices matter. Our voices matter.
#SaveMassEffect
