This should be a fireable offense. Benching Nolan Traore in the 4th after the way he played tonight is one of the dumbest things I’ve seen a coach do this season.
Jordi Fernandez on Nolan Traore playing zero fourth-quarter minutes tonight: "Mikel had those five straight points, and I just let him roll. Because you cannot just keep taking them in and out. I think that when I was about to sub Nolan in, Mikel made two or three threes and a mid-range pull-up. So I thought that was the right thing to do. Was it right? I don't know. Obviously, Nolan did very well. They scored 18 and 19. So that's a very good contribution from your two point guards."

and they blew the doors off atlanta to start the game. people are so lazy about the nets
Adam silver tried to ban tanking and the nets put Danny wolf at the 2

It’s really frustrating to see that there is stuff here that can give us the season that we are looking for as fans, but right now Jordi and Marks are too busy playing “I’m smarter than everyone” #NetsWorld

Can’t play Mikel and Nolan together because they are both “point guards” meanwhile: 1. Chaney, an undersized center, has been a starting SG for the bulk of the season 2. Wolf, a 7 foot big, started at SG TONIGHT 3. Nets brass preaches “positionless hoops” 🤔🤔🤔

Nets lose by 3 Mo Wagner: -7 Noah Clowney: -14 It’s every game.
Nets are not half bad except for the blowjob brothers as the backup 4/5 If they give these minutes to Johnson/Minott/Wolf I think they’d be a lot more fun to watch. These 2 are killing them

#NetsWorld Coach Jordi is going to have to buy into Nolan & MBJ playing together, a lot. Having both around 24 minutes per game is stupid.

we legit have 3 players that are unplayable and we’re playing them at the same time & with our rookie point guard ⚰️

Nolan Traore had 19 points on 8/10 shooting and did not play in the 4th quarter. Mikel Brown Jr. had it going, so Jordi opted to roll with him. Clearly Jordi doesn't want to play those two together. There are defensive concerns, but Nolan seeing zero 4Q minutes is a tough sell, given how he's playing.

That loss is on Jordi Fernandez. Nolan Traore was the best player tonight and he didn’t play the entire 4th lol

This game is 100% Jordi’s fault. He played Mikel with a bunch of bums up until the 4th. Nolan was elite and didn’t see the court in the 4th. Clowney played 21 minutes, including tons of clutch minutes, and YET AGAIN, he was a massive negative. Jordi has some explaining to do…

I mean sure Noah Clowney is the Nets worst defender, their worst rebounder, can’t pass, but you gotta take into account he’s a 31% 3 point shooter.
