People who are angry with their lives always want others to experience the same thing, even though we all have different paths, and some are clearer than others.
Having a clear head and the test of time to control your anger is such an admirable skill that, if you have not reached that level of headroom, you cannot do it. It is such a golden skill that cannot be taught.
I always say, ‘Do not let strangers access your high emotions’
I will rather pretend to be “slow” or “a fool” than give a stranger the satisfaction of emotional manipulation.
Never let the words of strangers be your shape of perception in life 😊🌷

I worked in the NHS for 14 years. Now doctors like me who speak about Gaza are being reported to the GMC, written up in the press, and left fighting for our careers. This is my experience, and why I won't be silenced.
Please watch, share, and contact your MP.

DOMESTIC VIOLENCE AWARENESS MONTH: COERCIVE CONTROL IS A CRIME.
Domestic abuse is not just physical violence. It can be financial, emotional, psychological, religious or social.
In England and Wales, controlling or coercive behaviour can be a criminal offence under Section 76 of the Serious Crime Act 2015, carrying a maximum sentence of 5 years’ imprisonment and/or an unlimited fine.
Coercive control can include:
●⛪ Using religion to force someone to remain in an abusive relationship.
●💷 Controlling money, wages, benefits or access to basic necessities.
●🏠 Threatening homelessness to force obedience.
●🚫 Isolating someone from family, friends or support networks.
●📱 Monitoring phones, messages and movements.
●👶 Using children to threaten or manipulate a partner.
●💔 Using intimidation, humiliation or threats to control someone’s choices.
Marriage/Relationship does not mean ownership. Giving financial support does not give anyone the right to control another adult. Religion is never an excuse for abuse.
The law does not treat every disagreement or controlling action as a crime. There must usually be a repeated or ongoing pattern of behaviour that has a serious effect on the victim
Do not ask victims, “Why don’t you just leave?”
Ask instead, “What might happen if they try to leave?”
Control is not love. Fear is not respect. Abuse is never acceptable.

If you believe these stories you are on your own.
I was today years old to know that a social worker gives a warning about child abandonment (Dem no born that social worker well to do that), and you can take those children out of the country without any questions, and those children are not under child protection.
All I know is the the husband is very lucky that she got to Nigeria before talking because even this video is already noting the cracks in the husband's story.
However, if true the incident happened that will be her exactly chance to contact her last residence in the local borough duty social worker.
If any of her children hold a UK birth certificate, she can contact her last residents local borough ask for the duty social worker and tell them that her child is stuck in Nigeria or contact the school.

If you have a child/children and you don’t have life insurance YOU ARE A BASTARD
If someone cloned your card and committed fraud on it @CapitalOneUK want you to pay for the transaction you didn't make, they don't bother to investigate even when you show proof they want you to pay for a fraudulent transaction, their customer service is in INDIA and all customer service does is alienate you and start manipulating tactics, they have non-existent UK support.
You will have to report to @financialombuds, which will take time before you get any resolution.
Use Capital One's service at your own risk.
You see those POC Atowunriwa (Came from far away) toddlers and children are the worst when it comes to tokenism😮💨
And those who got citizenship before Thatcher turned it upside down are in the WhatApp group. (The majority of them hate those that look like them)
The majority of British-born POC have so much empathy.
Also this one is looking for a job (Tokenism coins)
This is why I’m so annoyed that the government didn’t give people the details behind the early release planned earlier instead of this new one that doesn’t do anything!
Victims are on edge waiting for court dates, imagine people having a mental breakdown because their alleged abusers is not the court walls anytime soon.
People think early releases is just for fun and games
The right wing media got what they wanted 😤

World-leading cardiac surgeon Asif Hasan was surrounded by the children who received the gift of life thanks to his unerring skills at the emotional climax of another memorable Pride of Britain ceremony. 🥹
Now 70 years old, Mr Hasan has just retired after 35 years of service at the Freeman Hospital in Newcastle upon Tyne, but just after receiving his Lifetime Achievement Award, he had an extra special surprise: a cast of patients who would not be alive without him. ❤️
