Ravens forget how to tackle in the second half. And it happens weekly.

Everything. Everything snowballs. Coaching, defense, offense, special teams. All of it. No one carries them through. It's a hell of a thing. A lot to ask of a rookie HC but that's who they hired.
The Ravens' issue has been that when they have a lead and then they face adversity, things tend to snowball. This is the moment.

In a span of 45 minutes: • UCF upsets #2 BYU in 2OT • South Carolina upsets #11 Tennessee on a walk-off FG • Minnesota walks it off against #15 Iowa This is College Football.

Good win. Way to get out of that with a W, could’ve really gone sideways, especially with a banged up team. Best part was no major injuries. Let’s get healthy and ready to go after the bye week.

Bowl games allow you to watch two teams that would otherwise never play each other play at 11:00am on a Tuesday in Boston then two more teams who would otherwise never play each other play at 10:00pm that same day in Arizona. How does that going away help anybody?

Chip Patterson on how Maryland should approach finding their next coach: “You don’t need a magical connection to the area, right? There’s this idea that as though someone tied to the area is going to save the program. You don’t necessarily have to have these magical ties to the program to be able to go and make it work.” @Chip_Patterson @Cover3Podcast

I just feel it’s important to point this out The only time Bama had a pulse on Offense was Keelon Russell doing things only he could do The fact this kid shouldered most of the blame after the loss, and not the coaching staff is absurd

Once again: In a 45-38 game, of course you go for 7. In a 14-13 game, 3 points matters a lot. Coach the game in front of you, as I and @MattThompson87 always say.
I realize Will Stein has built a brand around having big onions but I really don’t get this epidemic of coaches not taking the points when it makes all the sense in the world to do so.

If catching third down passes short of the line to gain was worth points we’d have a lot of points today

People spent 16 years begging for the BCS to get bigger. They resisted. People spent a decade begging for the CFP to expand beyond 4. They resisted. For the first time ever, people are saying "We like it at the size it is, really." They blew it up within 3 years.

With the SEC Championship officially coming to an end after 2026, this feels like a good time to remind everyone that Mike DuBose won an SEC Championship more recently than Tennessee.

Welp looks like it’s another Super Bowl for Alabama this week
Idk why Bama fans are looking at the Auburn and Arkansas game and think they are gonna get the same Tennessee.

The ruling on the field stands. #49ers going to grit out a heck of a gutty win and move to 5-0.
Call on the field is that Kupp is short. But it looks like he got it on replay. Will be interesting to see the ruling here. Niners CB Upton Stout had a chance to get him down well short and eliminate the drama and didn't do it.
