I got super lucky as a VC in Solana’s early rounds and then went degenerately into every shit scam that SBF told me he was going to pump
We were up gorillions and every billionaire in the world was calling me and SBF every day to try and get into the ecosystem cabal
Then SBF went to jail and I eventually crashed out as most of our LPs tried to exit via secondaries in the fund at a huge discount just to avoid getting zeroed
After that I nailed the perps thesis intellectually but proved I suck at asset selection by backing Drift, which got continually exploited and rugged, after also backing Alon at TGE and getting rugged
Then I started a DAT and we absolutely bazookad our whole treasury into SOL at the picotop, it hasn’t gone up once since we deployed
Then I got kicked out of my fund and they started buying Hype in my absence and are already up more than I am cumulatively on all my deals from this current cycle
Oh wait, that is wasn’t me, his name was Kyle Salami

TxFlow is Hyperliquid from Temu
They forked Hyperliquid's Arbitrum bridge and changed the name. They copied HyperUnit too and forgot to change the name: txrelay[.]com literally says "Unit is the asset tokenization layer on TxRelay". The frontend, the API and the fees are Hyperliquid's. Even the slogan. The L1 is closed source, with Hyperliquid's naming on everything: TxCore, Tx-BFT, TIPs
Hyperliquid is closed source too, but it has 27 validators that each post prices, and anyone can run a node to check them. TxFlow has 5 validators, all its own, nothing you can run, and one key that acts as the entire oracle. The same key sits on the bridge multisig
So it's a centralized exchange secured by a 3/4 multisig. Their own audit says those keys "can propose arbitrary withdrawals"
And the growth plan is KOLs shilling ref codes
Stable Mainnet is upgrading to v1.9.0 on October 31.
This upgrade introduces additional safeguards for transaction execution, strengthens network reliability, and improves fund safety during staking operations.
Focused on improving the network as Stable ecosystem grows.

🆕The highly anticipated Anthropic ($ANT) pre-IPO perpetual from @tradexyz on @HyperliquidX is now live on WSL HYPE <GO>:

In our view, this is one of the most important moments in Hyperliquid's history.
Anthropic is one of the largest IPOs ever, with a Nasdaq listing expected around November 20. Until then, Hyperliquid is one of the few venues where it trades, through trade[XYZ]'s pre-IPO contract, xyz:ANT.
How the IPOP is built:
• No external price before listing: the oracle is a 30-minute EMA driven by the order book itself
• $125 starting reference with ±50% discovery bounds
• Up to 10x leverage, isolated margin
• Funding at 1% of a standard trade[XYZ] perpetual derivative until listing
• Converts to a standard perpetual derivative once Anthropic trades, with a 60-day grace period if the IPO slips
All eyes will be on Hyperliquid. How efficiently this market prices Anthropic ahead of the listing will matter a lot for the credibility of IPOPs as a whole. SpaceX and others were a success, but this one will be just as important, if not more.
And with OpenAI likely not far behind, all eyes could stay on Hyperliquid for the foreseeable future.

Payward, the parent company of Kraken, announced its intention to be the first CFTC-regulated deployer on HIP-3* markets. Payward will use Hyperliquid as the infrastructure layer to deploy perpetual futures markets for US clients. Subject to regulatory approval, Bitnomial, Payward’s CFTC-regulated DCM and DCO, would act as the HIP-3* deployer: creating, owning, and administering the markets and clearing and settling the contracts. If approved, NinjaTrader Clearing, Payward’s CFTC-registered FCM, would carry client accounts.
HIP-3 will support optional deployer configuration for permissioned markets in a future network upgrade. This set of additional deployer functionality is collectively called HIP-3*. At its core, HIP-3* activation involves an onchain allowlist managed by the deployer or its sub-deployers. The functionality is strictly additive to HIP-3; its use is optional and up to the deployer. Existing markets remain unchanged. The initial release is available on testnet, where specifications are preliminary and subject to change based on feedback.
Hyperliquid is a neutral infrastructure layer with the goal of supporting large parts of the financial system. HIP-3* gives deployers additional functionality to operate deployments consistent with the requirements applicable to them. As with HIP-3, HIP-3* deployers are independent operators who use Hyperliquid as the onchain infrastructure layer for their own markets, while retaining control and responsibility over their deployment.

I’m joining the team at @X to lead Product.
I am a huge believer in @SpaceX's mission to extend human consciousness to the stars, so it’s time to make shitposting multiplanetary.
X is the best way to find out what’s happening in the world right now and talk about it. The team has been working tirelessly to make X a better place and product for the people who love it, and many have noticed the recent momentum. My goal is to help accelerate that momentum for our community, new users, and businesses globally by continuing to make this product beautiful and useful.
We are twenty years in, but it truly feels like X’s next chapter will be our greatest. I look forward to your ideas and feedback; I’m sure the replies will be measured and magnanimous.

Shigeru Miyamoto, creator of Super Mario and The Legend of Zelda, on generative AI and the evolution of videogame creation:
'As you mentioned earlier, this is an era where even people who aren't game designers can make games. If we broaden the definition of a 'game,' I think the era has already arrived where everyone can make games. I had always thought it would be ideal for those boundaries to disappear, so I think this has become a very good era.'
