According to the investigation released regarding #PlainviewISD, the incident of sexual assault on a 6 yr old girl by her peers “did not occur” and the oral sex was “mutual” and “consensual”.
Children cannot consent to sex. Any sexual contact with a child is assault. The fact that the investigative report was even worded this way, is disgusting.
The family states that they were not notified till over a week after the incident occurred. However, the investigation claims that the family was notified immediately after the iPad was discovered that same evening. If this was true, I want it explained to me very carefully WHY the little girl was forced to attend classes every day afterwards surrounded by her offenders.
Something here stinks… we all smell it.
Exactly WHO has access to the school issued iPad? If it’s exclusively the school staff and CPS, I think we have found our problem. #HiddenInPlainview
