I found this while downloading books from Project Gutenberg to read! A dedication letter from Andersen to Dickens from 1847. It was in a copy of A Christmas Greeting: A Series of Stories TO CHARLES DICKENS, Esq. I am again in my quiet Danish home, but my thoughts are daily in dear England, where, a few months ago, my many friends transformed for me reality into a charming story. Whilst occupied with a greater work, there sprung forth--as the flowers spring forth in the forest--seven short stories.* I feel a desire, a longing, to transplant in England the first produce of my poetic garden, as a Christmas greeting: and I send it to you, my dear, noble, Charles Dickens, who by your works had been previously dear to me, and since our meeting have taken root for ever in my heart. Your hand was the last that pressed mine on England's coast: it was you who from her shores wafted me the last farewell. It is therefore natural that I should send to you, from Denmark, my first greeting again, as sincerely as an affectionate heart can convey it. Hans Christian Andersen. Copenhagen. 6th December, 1847. #writerlife #AuthorLife #bookstagram #ReadMore

Going through old boxes and I came across character development sheets from my high school creative writing class! I remember them but didn’t think I’d saved them! 😅 I use this format still for all of my characters. Do you use anything like this for your writing? #WriteToSurvive #writerslife #author #Highschool #creative

Okay @grok and @xai I would like to know where my Conversation is please after 4 days. I see it in the list but it says the Conversation is not there when I click on it. I have done everything from wiping cookies to using a private browser. Logged in, logged out, etc... I would like an answer please and thank you.

Okay, @xai @grok Can you please explain why an entire 2 month old conversation thread is missing from my X Grok chats? Already logged out and back in, tried a private browser and tried two different computers. All the other chats are there. Thank you!

Was using an AI generated image of my Ebenezer character to then do a sketch from and it made me curious - do you prefer to see handmade art or AI imagery? #art #AIart️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️ #authorlife #writer
