A judge bullies a lawyer she thinks is white, but is actually Latino, calling him a “chad” and “Mr. Social Media, Main Character Chad, White Hero, Savior, Loves to Help Black People Be An Ally.” The percentage of unhinged educated people one encounters these days is disconcerting. They told us to use less water because of drought. We listened. So they jacked up water rates (by a LOT) to make up for the water we didn’t buy! Then they told us to buy EVs, even gave rebates. It was her third police chase in five weeks. Three months earlier, DA Jose Garza's office had rejected or dismissed most of her felony theft cases and gave her 70 days in county jail. She was stealing again 16 days later. Bodesha Garner has 30 criminal cases in Travis County. 27 of them are felonies. In May 2025, an officer found her stalled in a left-turn lane on William Cannon with a flat tire. She told him she'd taken a hit of crack 30 minutes earlier, then pulled the glass pipe out of her pocket to show him. She failed the sobriety test, but County Attorney Delia Garza declined to prosecute the DWI. Last fall she picked up four felony theft cases. This spring police say she was stealing purses at The Domain, which added three more felony thefts, two of them for $2,500 or more. One came with a court order to stay 200 yards away from Neiman Marcus. On July 17, DA Jose Garza's office cleared most of it at once. It rejected all three 2026 theft cases and dismissed one from 2025. It rolled three more into a single guilty plea that was punished as a misdemeanor, with 70 days in county jail. A few weeks later it dismissed a stolen-car case and a crack possession case. 16 days after the plea deal, police say she was stealing again. She now faces five new felony thefts, two for organized retail theft, plus another DWI. In September, officers tried to pull her over and she took off. In October they found her near a North Austin hotel, and she drove through two fences to get away. A week later she ran again, and this time she hit someone. She has nine open felonies. None has been indicted. In more than a decade, her longest sentence has been 70 days.

Not included in this headline is info that has been available for days now that this man is a Venezuelan illegal alien who had his green card revoked after immigration fraud proceedings, a deportation order was issued against him, and he was arrested on gun & drug charges. NEW: Yesterday, @CalMatters published a sympathetic profile on a “Fresno father” who was “suddenly” deported by ICE to MX. He told the outlet he’s not a criminal & doesn’t know why he was targeted. However, I’m told by federal sources that he has been deported from the U.S. five times before, he has an active deportation order, he has pending felony aggravated assault charges from November 2025, he has decades old convictions for DUI w/ bodily injury & negligent discharge of a firearm that resulted in prison sentences, and he admitted in a consensual interview w/ ICE that he’s been a member of the Fresno Bulldogs street gang. I’m told his real name is LUIS ALBERTO ARREGUIN-VILLA, and he was previously deported from the US in 1994, 1996, 1998, 2003, and 2005, and that he admitted in an interview that he last crossed illegally into the U.S. in 2005 near San Ysidro, CA. Under federal law, illegal re-entry after deportation is a felony via 8 USC 1326. He has illegally re-entered at least five times.
