I’m reposting this just so it gets more traction because this is what companies need to be supporting. 100% the correct move by Red Baron
He’s still here. He’s got a fan club. Including us.

Big THANK YOU to @SchwansCompany , parent company of Red Baron for standing by their employee. 👇🏼 “Following the incident, we connected directly with our team member to check on his well-being, and we continue to offer our support. We are pleased to share that he is doing well and remains a valued member of our team,” the spokesperson added. nypost.com/2026/10/29/us-new…

PLEASE remember these 2 friends of ours had tragedies so close 2gether. @Real_Ed_McCray s terrible auto accident involving his parents that hve rendered them in extreme medical condition& ofcourse @KeithMalinak s debilitating strokes. But each of these ppl are fighters. Pray!
This is awesome and it’s also why we need to be sure to give what we can to help Keith and @Real_Ed_McCray. These things are not cheap and likely insurance will only cover so much, especially as the bill grows. Please share and donate where you can and pray pray pray.

Keith update, Thursday, October 29, 2026: #patheads #putthatinyourpipe #malinakmiracle #keithheads #MyAmerica @ShannonBream @realKrisCruz @PatUnleashed @HilaryKennedy @JeffyJFR @realBradStaggs @glennbeck I'll post more this evening... At work now. Two things: 1. @rowdy_introvert is building a central prayer site so we all have a central place to leave and read prayers, so thank you for that. I'll post it when ready. Kari loves this! 2. Keith will be getting a Tobii Dynavox soon, defined below: ------------------------------- Tobii Dynavox (part of Dynavox Group) is the global leader in assistive technology for communication. It makes Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) devices and software that help people with conditions such as ALS/MND, cerebral palsy, spinal cord injury, autism, aphasia, Rett syndrome, and similar disabilities speak, write, and control computers when they cannot use their voice or hands reliably. How it works The company’s signature technology is eye tracking (gaze control). A camera bar at the bottom of a screen tracks where you’re looking. You select letters, symbols, or buttons by looking at them (usually with a short dwell time) or by combining gaze with a switch. Their systems work indoors and outdoors, including in bright sunlight—an industry strength. ___________________________ Please repost. Thank you. - Dan BTW, tally is at $245,700. Before Hollywood, I was living in a van in Hawaii and waiting tables at Bubba Gump Shrimp Company. One day, the incredible Rae Dawn Chong walked into the restaurant, and naturally, I went up to her table and said, “Hey, you’re a movie star! What are you doing here?” She asked if I could act, and I said, “Fuck yeah, put me in your movie!” She asked for my phone number. The only problem was I didn’t have one. So I gave her my buddy Mike’s number instead. A couple days later, Mike casually mentions, “Oh, by the way, someone called you.” ARE YOU KIDDING ME, MIKE?! I called her back, and sure enough, she was serious. I drove over to pick up the script, went back to Mike’s house, and read all 120 pages three times in a row. First script I’d ever read. My character's name was Devon, and I remember thinking, “Sweet! I could totally play a Devon!” I showed up to the audition with every line and inflection mapped out in pencil. Rae told me I could act and offered me the part. I asked if we were shooting in Hawaii. Nope. Los Angeles. I had about $60 to my name, a bag of clothes, and some rollerblades. Then Rae told me they'd fly me out. And I remember thinking right then and there, my life just changed forever. I'm going to be an actor. That little movie was Cursed Part 3, a low-budget horror comedy that opened the door to Hollywood for me. I'll forever be grateful to Rae for taking a chance on a kid working at a shrimp restaurant. Everybody starts somewhere, and this is where it all began for me.
