Imagine you are a dental hygienist and live in Sweden..
You are employed to help “migrant children” with their dental issues.
As part of your job you examine the wisdom teeth development of the kids and you notice that 80% of those “kids” have fully formed wisdom teeth, implying they are not kids at all but adults older than the age of 18.
You tell the Swedish Migration Agency and they advise you to put it in writing.
When you send exact details, with examples of specific patients you are suspended, investigated and fired for disclosing private information relating to patients.
This happened to Bernt Herlitz in 2017.
When he appealed the unfair dismissal he ultimately lost and was fined about $50,000.
He and his family faced financial hardship and almost lost their home, until some generous benefactors raised money for him. Bernt remains unemployed today, despite staff shortages for dentists in his area in Gotland.
At the time, Sweden scoffed at the tests and claimed they were “discriminatory” but since then they have quietly brought in mass dental testing, for those whose age is in doubt, by the National Board of Forensic Medicine.
Bernt deserves a medal. Not vilification and unemployment.

On erikoista, ettei OAJ:ta kiinnosta opettajien mielipiteet.
Esim. OPH ei saanut mitään aikaiseksi kännyköiden suhteen. Vasta poliittinen päätöksenteko sai. PISA-tulokset ovat laskeneet 20 vuotta.
Myös OKM:ä tulisi karsia ja antaa päätösvaltaa kouluille ja opettajille.
En kannata Opetushallituksen lakkauttamista. Opetushallituksen toimintaa tulee ilman muuta kehittää, mutta esim. opetussuunnitelmat ja ohjeistukset eivät voi mennä vahvan poliittisen ohjauksen alaisuuteen ja tempoilla hallituskausittain.

Riviopettajana totean, että Opetushallituksesta tulleet uudistukset viimeisen 15 vuoden aikana ovat olleet ala-arvoisia, ja koululaitoksemme alho osoittaa suoraan Opetushallitukseen. Jos OPH:ta ei lakkauteta, niin miten tätä kehitetään, kun track record on surkea?

🇸🇪 16-year-old assassins hired by Swedish gangsters were sent to shoot a gang leader at a restaurant.
When they arrived on the scene and noticed that he wasn't there, they received an order via phone to “shoot any random person in the restaurant.”
They refused the order and left the restaurant to go on another murder mission instead.
They traveled to a sports hall where a youth football event with 200 people attending was underway.
Once there, they shot and killed 24-year-old Saba Abraham, a municipal social worker and youth project leader who worked with children from no-go zones.
Initial reports said the hit on Abraham may have been ordered as revenge since she was related to a man who had beaten several murder charges.
A third teenager was later arrested on suspicion of supplying the weapons.
All three deny the charges.
