Rain totals exceeded an inch in the past 30 minutes at one gauge in Fort Collins. At my house, my gauge has 0.76 inches from this crazy storm that sounded like jets were parked over the city!

Sometimes you take your teachers for granted. This reflection by ⁦@justingeorge⁩ on learning to type, 25 years after his teacher was murdered at #Columbine, is so beautiful. #qwerty coloradosun.com/2024/04/20/s…

11 of the 12 priorities were adopted. The priority around animal welfare was not adopted, but multiple council members expressed interest in revisiting some of the concepts in "other business" during the term.

Council is moving into a work session now to discuss developing 2024 strategic objectives. So that's what they're up to tonight. Like I said, lots of strategic priority setting and revisiting past goals is going on because it's a new year and a new City Council term.
