Rum soaked fruit cake. When punjabi #sikh #lockdown is using all the mince meat from Christmas past. @RedLegRum soaked in the mince for a week. Then 50 ml smeared all over the top. 1 hour to bake. DELICIOUS

RedLeg spiced rum is distilled in the Caribbean but owned by UK company Distil Plc. With hints of vanilla & ginger this is delicious. Warning ⚠️ though, with alcohol by volume at 37.5% this isn’t for the faint hearted! Side of water advised (drink responsibly folks)
