Yesterday I asked @TimTadlockTTU if he and his crew had been recruiting Austin Green to @TTU_Baseball for a while, or if he'd seen him watching @ben_tadlock play for @WCoyoteBaseball. He answered, but then his mind turned to Ben.
With all of the things that happen in sports, try to remember that there are good men and women leading athletes at every level. Fathers, mothers, husbands, and wives give up precious time with their families for the love of the game, the brand, and the people they grind it out with.
They're the kind of people that parents want their kids to be around, we just don't acknowledge it enough.
Congratulations Ben, for getting the Coyotes the W, and for making the old man proud. #WreckEm

This is the second recent story I've seen where the @DailyToreador scooped the local media (the first being the details behind the Tony Graystone firing that no one else would talk about). Excellent work Austin and keep it up.

SCOOP: @TTU_Baseball pitching coach Steve Foster has resigned his position with the Red Raiders, I’m told. Foster, who previously was with the Rockies organization, spent one season on Tim Tadlock’s coaching staff.

President Bush throws the first pitch of Game 3 of the 2001 World Series after 9/11
As silly as it sounds, it was important for him to throw a strike. No matter what you think of him, that was clutch/badass. Used the regulation rubber as well. Big time...
25 years later and I still think this is the greatest ceremonial first pitch ever

BREAKING: The automated ball-strike system has been approved for use in all college baseball divisions next season.
The Division I Baseball Oversight Committee and the Division II and Division III Playing Rules Oversight Panel voted to give teams the option, when available, of implementing a system to challenge called balls and strikes in regular-season and postseason games.
This will be an experimental rule in all divisions for the 2027 season.
That one hits real hard. Forever the greatest, RIP Skip. 💔

There are suddenly A LOT of players now eligible in the college baseball ranks. The question is -- is there room on the current rosters for many of these players? Some tough decisions looming with the fall semester right around the corner.

NEWS: The NCAA Rules Subcommittee has approved the usage of ABS, sources tell @BaseballAmerica. It can be used in any game where the tech is available (includes Trackman). This still requires Baseball Oversight Committee approval but is expected to be implemented in 2027.
