🚨 BREAKING NEWS that MSM has ignored. Captain Kenneth Kunkel in Hamilton, Ontario was recently attacked & severely injured. The story is absolutely heartbreaking, especially as we approach Remembrance Day. On November 1, Captain Kunkel, a 59-year-old Canadian Armed Forces member & commanding officer for the Air Cadets, was supervising a youth poppy campaign at the Centre on Barton Street. Two boys, aged 11 and 12, approached the young cadets and began blowing a loud air horn directly into their faces. In an effort to protect the children and stop the harassment, Captain Kunkel followed the youths into a nearby Mandarin restaurant to confront them. Inside, a 48-year-old woman with no prior connection to the boys intervened and physically assaulted Kunkel, causing him to fall to the floor. Once he was down, the 12-year-old boy joined in, repeatedly striking Kunkel with closed fists. The injuries are catastrophic. According to his family, the assault caused immediate loss of function in his legs. He underwent emergency spinal surgery the same day and currently remains in the hospital, unable to walk, facing a gruelling, life-altering recovery. Hamilton Police used surveillance footage to track down the suspects. Both the 48-year-old woman and the 12-year-old boy have been arrested and charged with aggravated assault. The 11-year-old was not charged after video confirmed he did not participate in the physical beating. Despite the horrific nature of the crime, the legal constraints of the Youth Criminal Justice Act mean mainstream media cannot publish names or images that identify the underage attacker. A GoFundMe has been verified by the family to help cover the massive rehabilitation and accessibility costs ahead for Captain Kunkel. You can support Captain Kunkel and his family by visiting the Ken Kunkel GoFundMe Page. Please share this to make sure his story and his sacrifice aren't buried this November. #RemembranceDay #CanadianVeterans #Hamilton #LestWeForget #SupportOurTroops

Canada’s job market is stalling—employment flat, unemployment up to 6.7%—with private-sector losses of 53,000 more than wiping out a 50,000 public-sector rebound in health, education, and government. Hiking into the twin negative growth shocks of energy prices and U.S. tariffs was already a policy mistake. And yet Bay Street still demands more.

🚨MAJOR BREAKING: The Carney Government is investing another $781 million—over 5 years—in failing immigration programs—and wants to add 750,000 immigrants a year. Budget 2026 sets out the 2027–2029 Immigration Levels Plan in Chapter 3.4, targeting 370,000 new temporary resident arrivals and 380,000 permanent resident admissions in each of the three years. Set against the recent past, the document itself cites — 971,815 temporary arrivals in 2023 and 673,650 permanent residents in 2024 — that is a reduction of roughly 62% in temporary arrivals and 21% in permanent admissions. The plan is framed throughout as a return to "sustainable levels," with the cover letter claiming the government has "taken back control of immigration" and an operating goal of pushing temporary residents down to 5% of the population, from around three million today toward roughly 2.08 million. The central mechanism is a pathway allowing up to 200,000 temporary residents already in the country to transition to permanent residency by the end of 2027, with 100,000 workers routed through Express Entry or the Provincial Nominee Program. Because those people are already residents, a substantial share of the 380,000 annual permanent admissions will be internal conversions rather than new arrivals — meaning actual new inflow runs closer to 370,000 temporary plus perhaps 180,000 genuinely new permanent residents. Combined with the departures the plan depends on, net population growth lands somewhere around 100,000 to 250,000 a year, well below pre-2022 levels. The chapter is supported by $151.5 million over five years to reform the Temporary Foreign Worker Program across regional labour market alignment, processing times and employer compliance, plus an International Talent Attraction Strategy and Action Plan worth $1.7 billion over 13 years carried over from Budget 2025. The system itself is funded at $511 million gross over five years, the transition pathway at $302.3 million, asylum processing at $98 million and biometrics at $90 million. The study permit cap is cut by more than half.

Carney’s budget is a debt disaster! Carney is borrowing more than $60 billion this year. Carney is NOT balancing the budget. He’s adding $287 billion to the debt by 2031. Interest on the debt costs taxpayers $1 billion every week. Carney spending $14 billion overbudget. Gross
