Oregon waterway permit initiative to repeal the new fees on kayaks, paddleboards, and all non-motorized craft is dead in the water — they only got ~32k signatures out of 117k needed for the ballot. This whole mess started with HB 2982 that Rep. Ed Diehl voted YES on, expanding the permit to hit regular folks floating the river. Now even Diehl admits it was a mistake and wants to roll it back. Government overreach on our outdoor traditions again. Salem strikes, rural Oregon pays. Time to hold them accountable before next session.

Tommy has been targeted, charged, and restricted in Multnomah County for filming public protests, calling out hypocrisy, and defending himself on a sidewalk. All verified. Same standard doesn’t apply to the other side. Ever. Alex Stein gets labeled a Nazi for saying biological sex is real. Or labeled a misogynist for saying AOC is his favorite Big Booty Latina. Stating the obvious about sex and sports, or trolling AOC, isn’t Nazism. It’s just speech the left hates because it exposes the truth and they hate the truth. The left and many Democrats treat free speech as a one sided deal. Their team gets it only-it’s why prosecutors let far left agitators walk. Their rhetoric is protected. Yours is “hate,” “violence,” or grounds for doxxing, deplatforming, or prosecution. They enforce the Constitution selectively—when it benefits their team, themselves personally or the people they are paid to protect. Oregon has what appears to be a pyramid scheme of protection for agitators. The left always states “freedom of speech doesn’t mean you’re free from consequences” then hides, runs or scuffles with police when consequences are enforced. His organization is a “civil resistance organization” that demands Universal Background Checks and a Universal Registry. Defaces a 9/11 memorial in order to push a radical agenda.
