Big news: Christian Westerlind Wigstrom is joining Redbelly Network as CEO, starting November 2026.
Co-founder and former CEO of @monoova, Australia's largest PayTo processor.
We couldn't be more excited to have him on board 🔥

A double spend pays in proportion to the forks an attacker can create, and every extra fork means cutting the network one more way.
Our founder is basically putting a number on how hard that cut is.
On Redbelly the question does not arise: the protocol does not fork, so there is one chain to spend on.
To incentivise participants to contribute to a blockchain protocol rather than hack it, we need to measure the gain hackers can make out of double spending. Each fork they create multiplies their liquidity (coins available), but requires partitioning the network further.
The question becomes how easy is it to cut links on ζ radii of the network (represented as a disk)?
An AI agent just hijacked an Ethereum wallet to pay for its own contract. Brute-forced 362 addresses from public recovery phrases, signed the transaction, hid it in its report.
On Redbelly that transaction never reaches the mempool. Every account is a verified human.

I explain in this blog post why we designed @RedbellyNetwork for accountable human adults and how classic blockchains will likely suffer a growing number of AI hacks. gramoli.github.io/2026/10/19…

It is important to make sure the pseudocode satisfies the mathematical specification when formally verifying as @alranpe showed below for Fast Tendermint.
The method used in Holistic Verification of Blockchain Consensus @podc_disc 2022 is the synthesis methodology and was successfully used for @RedbellyNetwork’s consensus protocol.
I found a critical safety issue in one major new consensus protocol in the blockchain sector.
The protocol had been formally verified, HOWEVER the formally verified protocol is not the same as the pseudocode.
This appears to be the same scenario that OpenAI has run into with Navier-Stokes.
If this had gotten into production it could have triggered a catastrophic failure, since only a small portion of stake could have broken safety.
The protocol in question is Fast Tendermint. It lets a single Byzantine validator (out of 5f+1) make honest validators decide different values. With 2 validators, equivocation is not even required.

Disclaimer: The authors also specified they consider the formally verified protocol the source of truth.

ERC-3643 checks who can hold the unit on every transfer, secondary included. The credentials sit at protocol level on Redbelly.
Two cents to settle a regulated asset, with the compliance check included.
💸 @RedbellyNetwork saw its average transaction fee fall to $0.0234 on October 8.
That was its lowest average transaction fee this week.
About two and a third cents per transaction.

What does the Redbelly DAO hub actually enable?
The Redbelly DAO hub is being built as a place where governance, community tasks, developers and institutional information can live in one place.
The app already supports Redbelly network configuration, wallet connection, DAO interfaces and developer resources. The repository also clearly shows what still needs to be connected.
The idea is to make it easier for people who discover Redbelly to find a way to contribute.

Thrilled to be invited to @AusCryptoCon to present the Tokenisation of #RWA with @RedbellyNetwork in Sydney.
.@ICE_Markets and @okx have told the SEC they will run a 24/7 venue for tokenised US stocks under last month's exemption. The @NYSE's owner is building on public rails.
The conditions hold: every participant permissioned, every share with full rights.
That is the design Redbelly runs today.

DAO memes are here 🔥
A strong community needs more than code. It needs people creating, sharing, and giving others something to build on.
The Meme & Social Asset Pack brings a collection of creative assets to the Redbelly DAO community.
It gives community members something practical to work with when creating content and joining conversations around Redbelly.
