We've seen a worrying drop off in patients coming in for urgent care. We understand people are worried, but we are still here for you, and we have safety measures in place to help protect you. Talk to us if you're worried. Your sight matters.

I’m very sad to say that I’ve decided not to take @Kika_GuideDog out alone anymore. In the last week so many people haven’t bothered moving & instead brush past me. The pavements are now too busy for us to maintain social distancing. One step back for independence. #COVID__19

Eyes heal quickly. With proper care, it only takes about 48 hours for the eye to repair a corneal scratch. ow.ly/2Nop30jhAAN

Cleaning your eyeglasses daily is the best way to keep them looking great and prevent lens scratches and other eyewear damage. But there's a right way — and plenty of wrong ways — when it comes to how to clean glasses. goo.gl/l8efx4

SNOW DAY! For the safety of our team and clients we have cancelled all clinics today. The treacherous weather conditions simply mean it is not worth risking anything but essential travel. Take care and keep warm! #Redcar #RedcarHour #beastfromtheeast #Snow #Teesside
