I am living with severe #MECFS and autoimmune autonomic neuropathy for the last decade. Some days I cannot stand. Other days I get by fine and can stand and walk a bit. Chronic illness has a way of taking what is the normal bare minimum to exist and making it into a marathon your body isn’t ready to run. Before I was sick I never gave much thought to taking showers, cooking meals, gardening, keeping house or making art. It was normal. I was very active. Then came exhaustion, pain, sleepless nights and anxiety of not understanding why my body was betraying me at such a young age. Unexplained symptoms, scans, appointments, more needles than I can count. I have 52 hospital bracelets. Each time I added another to the pile I questioned myself. I questioned God. I hated my body and the fact that I was still the same me, just trapped in this body that betrayed me. It turned 80 before I turned 30. Specialists, complications, physicians who found it easier to tell me I was depressed than to believe my experience. Medical gaslighting. I finally met a neurologist who changed my life. He said let’s investigate this together. A decade to find the cause. In that time I watched my health bar decrease the same way it did when I played Streetfighter in an arcade as a kid. Research. I did so much research after my diagnosis. I modified my life, my diet, my habits and regiments. My family adapted, stepped up to help. We’ve prayed and cried a lot. I don’t get around very much, I don’t go in public much because I’m too immune compromised. But I’m here and I have a voice and I’m finding support here in X in the #chronicillness and #mecfs #autoimmune communities. I’m surviving and I have a voice and if you’re chronically ill, you do too. Sometimes just having someone who “gets it” can be a lifeline or a laugh when you need one. If that’s you, 👇let me know and I’ll follow you. We can be chronically cool together

Have you ever stopped to think about what social media algorithms are actually doing to our basic human empathy? When we let a screen turn real people into flat caricatures, the moral barriers completely evaporate. My full name isn't just intro fluff—it's a deliberate survival tactic to anchor us back into reality. We have to do better. #Humanity First #Psychology #Empathy

These materials are also sprayed in food and drinks in case anyone still trusted the controllers. That's what the funeral home people were talking about, the unusual blood clog that they hadn't seen in 30+ years of their career. Most of them are retired so they can speak out. They said it normally takes 2 hours to do the embalming. If there's a clog, they can just increase the fluid pressure and clear the natural clog right away. Due to this, now it takes 4+ hours to do the embalming because the pressure wouldn't do it. They had to literally find the location of clog, cut the skin & take it out.

Two Muslim cops in New York stopped a nurse for no apparent reason other than that she was walking her dog. They cornered her and threatened to seize her dog. When confronted, they got angry and couldn’t say what law she had broken. This is what happens when you give these people power. All I can say is that she was lucky there were passersby, because it was 3 AM and things could’ve ended much worse.

Progressives often claim that wanting a limited government is rooted entirely in greed. But is that actually true, or is that narrative just partisan propaganda? Let’s look at the real data, the definition of propaganda, and how private charity in the U.S. actually compares to heavy government welfare states like France. Let's break it down! #SmallGovernment #MediaLiteracy #NicoleExplains

I was usually the ONLY WOMAN in my convoy in Afghanistan. Not only was I a military police team leader, I was the one who searched the Afghan women. Those women told me things their husbands never would. They also told me things they wouldn't tell their husbands. They let me hold their babies and talk to their kids. These women had NO voice in that country. No rights. They were men's property. 40 months in a Muslim country taught me this: Sharia doesn't "coexist." It TAKES. And here in the USA, it will take from women FIRST. Ladies, it starts with your voice. DO NOT hand it over. It wasn't very long ago at all that we fought for and WON our freedom here in America. We owe it to our daughters not to go backwards. 🇺🇸🪖

"Somebody has overridden the central precept of our society: the consent of the governed." Bret Weinstein (@thedarkhorsepod) says he doesn't believe the official stories on JFK or on Charlie Kirk's murder, and asks: if something took power in 1963, "did it ever give it up?" 👇

THIS. 100% this. And what about the drone operator who blew narcoterrorists out of the water? How long before he or she is downstream of this? This is an attempt to basically corrupt our entire military in a gradual serious of attacks.
🚨🚨 DEMOCRACY FILES / THE ILLEGITIMACY PLAYBOOK, PART 15: HEGSETH'S IMPEACHMENT IS THE TROJAN HORSE. TRUMP IS THE REAL TARGET. 🚨 There is one fundamental principle of American military command: Our military answers to civilian authority. And at the top of the chain of commands sits the President of the United States. In other words, Pete Hegseth answers to President Donald Trump. Pete Hegseth's articles of impeachments are that he is following unlawful orders issued by President Trump himself. Senator Mark Kelly, the ringleader of the Seditious Six, says this explicitly. According to Kelly, six of the eight articles of impeachment against Hegseth concern his alleged compliance with illegal orders from President Trump. Read that again. Six of eight articles are premised on that President Trump himself issued illegal orders. Ask yourself this question: If Hegseth needs impeachment for following Trump's alleged unlawful orders... ... What does that imply about President Trump himself? Exactly. The goal of removing Hegseth has always been to remove Trump from office. Hegseth is the opening move. His entire downstream chain of command will be next. This will be a single-handed turnover of the entire military structure, remade in the image of those who have been plotting against Trump all along. Then the ultimate target: President Trump himself. When I told you Hegseth was the only obstacle in a coup, I meant it. Don't take my word for it. Watch them, in their own words:

🚨ATTENTION TEXANS!! THIS IS IMPORTANT! Texas State Rep. Brian Harrison is calling on Governor Greg Abbott to convene a SPECIAL LEGISLATIVE SESSION before Gina Hinojosa takes office! Harrison is pushing to RESTRICT the governor’s sweeping emergency executive powers, which he argues give the office far too much authority. He’s warning that Republicans have a limited window to address this before the incoming administration takes over. Regardless of who’s sitting in the governor’s office, NO ONE should have unchecked emergency powers over the people of Texas! He’s launched a petition urging Abbott to call lawmakers back to Austin and get this addressed BEFORE the transition. TEXANS: If you agree, sign the petition and make your voices heard!
🚨SIGN THE PETITION today to urge Governor Abbott to call a special session to rein in executive emergency powers before Gina Hinojosa is shown in! Texas Governors have the executive powers of a DICTATOR. I have filed bills for YEARS to rein in those powers, and we must have a special session to fix this problem NOW! Republicans have 10 more weeks of power. Let’s get it done! Sign below 👇 secure.anedot.com/texans-for…

🧵 THREAD: The true reason Pete Hegseth is being targeted is because he's standing between President Trump and a coup @PeteHegseth named the institutions... CFR, Brookings, the general class... in 37 seconds in a video by @Liz_Wheeler . Within 72 hours of his nomination, a color revolution planning document cited him as an insider threat. They didn't go after him because of drinking. They didn't go after him because of women. They went after him because every color revolution manual ever written says the same thing: you cannot topple a government unless the security forces defect. And a loyal Secretary of Defense is the one person who makes sure they don't. I have the receipts. Their own documents. Their own training sessions. Their own words on camera. As always, patience as I pull together the thread. 👇

We have all heard “no sex before marriage.” But most people were never taught why. They were just threatened, shamed, or pressured. And when you only give rules without revelation, you create either rebellion or religious trauma. God did not say “wait” to ruin pleasure. He said “wait” to protect covenant. In Scripture, sex is never treated like recreation. It is treated like a covenant act. In Genesis 2:24, it says a man will leave, cleave, and the two will become one flesh. That phrase “one flesh” in Hebrew is basar echad. It is not only physical. It is the language of bonding and union. God designed intimacy to seal a relationship that is already covered by covenant. That is why the Bible consistently ties intimacy to marriage. Not because bodies are dirty, but because union is powerful. In the New Testament, Paul warns in 1 Corinthians 6:16 that sexual union is not casual. He uses the Greek verb kollaō, meaning to glue, join, bond, to be welded. That is strong language. Scripture is telling you this is not just an act. It is attachment. Then Paul uses the word porneia for sexual immorality. In Greek, porneia is not merely “bad behavior.” It is any sexual activity outside of God’s covenant design. The word is broader than adultery. It includes fornication, prostitution, and any union without covenant. Now here is the part many marriages suffer from because nobody explained it. Sex without covenant creates covenant level consequences. You are giving wife level access to someone who has not taken husband level responsibility. You are opening your soul to someone who has not committed to protect it. And when the relationship ends, you do not just lose a person. You lose peace, clarity, confidence, sometimes even your ability to trust. That is why many people say, “I cannot leave them,” even when it is toxic. The bond is deeper than logic. It becomes emotional, spiritual, and psychological attachment. God’s design is not just no sex. It is order. Covenant first, then intimacy. Commitment first, then access. Covering first, then connection. Even the biblical language for marriage highlights this. The Hebrew idea of covenant is berit, a binding agreement. Not a vibe. Not chemistry. A covering. A responsibility. A whole life decision. That is why Hebrews 13:4 says the marriage bed is undefiled, but sexual sin is judged. The point is not to shame anyone. The point is to show that intimacy is holy when it is in its rightful place. So why did God say no sex before marriage? Because sex is powerful enough to blur discernment. Because intimacy can make you ignore red flags you would have seen clearly with wisdom. Because desire can make you call it love. Because your body can bond you to someone your future cannot handle. James 1:14-15 explains the progression. Desire conceives, then it gives birth to sin, and sin grows into destruction. The enemy does not tempt you with what you hate. He tempts you with what you desire. That is why boundaries are protection, not punishment. And let us be honest. Many relationships were forced into marriage because the church only knew how to say “stop,” but never knew how to teach “why.” So people married out of guilt, pressure, pregnancy, or fear, not purpose, friendship, alignment, or calling. And now they are living with someone they never truly discerned. God was not trying to keep you from pleasure. He was keeping you from pain. Marriage is not a certificate for sex. Marriage is a covenant for building. And sex is the glue that strengthens what covenant already secured. When you understand the why, purity stops feeling like restriction and starts feeling like wisdom. Because the truth is not that God is trying to control you. He is trying to cover you. #christian #marriage

Solid advice
Little piece of info I learned this morning. If you have a ball bat for protection put a long sock on the end. If someone grabs the end of it they’ll just get the sock, and you can get another swing. You’re welcome.

WOMEN WERE NEVER DESIGNED FOR MARRIAGE They were designed for community. For roughly 95% of human history, a woman’s primary environment was female. Not her husband. Women. When a woman gave birth, she wasn’t alone with a husband. She was surrounded by women who had done it before. There was always someone holding the baby. Someone cooking the food. Someone gathering the herbs. Someone carrying the water. A child did not belong to two people. A child belonged to the village. Girls learned womanhood by living beside women. Watching them bleed. Give birth. Breastfeed. Grieve. Love. Age. Before books, women were the books. Before universities, women were the education. Before experts, women were the wise ones. The female body evolved inside a living web of grandmothers, mothers, sisters, daughters, aunties, midwives, and friends, not inside a detached nuclear family. A man contributes one cell. A woman contributes her entire body. Life asks something very different of women. Her physiology is literally organized around giving life away. This is why women gathered. Not because they were social, but because creating life was too great a burden to carry alone. And for 95% of human history, a woman rarely carried life alone. When she bled, women understood. When she gave birth, women arrived. When she grieved, women sat beside her. Modern romance sold women a beautiful lie: That one man could replace a village. Women were taught to compete with the very people they once depended on for survival. And something ancient was lost. Most women think they’re grieving a relationship. I think they’re grieving a civilization. And the body never stopped looking for its way home. ✨🙌🏾💫
