@OctopusEnergy I called this week regarding when I can expect a smart meter install and was promised management would get in touch with me- it’s not happened.
I was also promised a SM within 2 months, it’s now been over 2 months. 1/5
@OctopusEnergy your team on the phone have been helpful but this is hugely disappointing. I have been mislead by your reviews in customer service and the promise to install the SM.

After 4 months you still cannot provide an update on this part, highly disappointing and frankly poor service not to mention extremely frustrating.
It’s an awful reflection on your supply chain management.

I’m currently driving around in a defective vehicle, neither you nor the dealer can give me lead times for the part, or a vague ETA.

Building Control staff filling in old mine workings on Albert Ave in Queen's Park, for the July 1994 issue of council newspaper The Bulletin.
Many areas of Glasgow were built above old and forgotten mine workings, resulting in the demolition of many old tenements.

I am astonished by @_Elddis_ insisting I tow my caravan on a 200 mile round trip to a dealer to have a warranty issue resolved even after I told them it it may be unsafe to tow ‘just gaffa tape it’ doesn’t really work as an excuse to the police….
