It is regrettable that 60 years into independence, Africans have to fly to Europe to connect to certain parts of Africa and require multiple currencies and visas to access other African countries. Further to this, it is my hope that as chairman of the AUC, I will help the continent embark on long deferred dreams including making River Nile navigable and connecting the Atlantic Ocean and Lake Victoria – Lake Tanganyika water bodies to facilitate efficient logistics in the interiors.

The economy has collapsed Joe Biden. You shouldn’t be making jokes about anything. Inflation is high, wages are low, and prices are skyrocketing. You’ve destroyed the great economy that President Trump gifted you. Plus you cheated to get into the White House. Shame on you.

Children in Congo slaving to extract the necessities of green energy is what the Green Liars want you to believe is sustainability. It's only green-washed capitalism at its most evil.

The Govt's lack of action on funding for councils is really worrying. Lots of local authorities were already close to the edge & the pandemic could push them over it. We need iron-clad commitments that local government will be financially supported. Our communities depend on it
Councils across the UK are facing huge financial challenges due to COVID19. The Prime Minister promised no return to austerity but has refused to act. We desperately need investment in local Government to aid London's economic recovery and protect jobs. bbc.co.uk/news/uk-53069772

Sir Keir Starmer says he does not support the way the statue of Edward Colston was brought down in Bristol but "that statue should have been brought properly down long ago". He says is not going to "second guess" the decision by senior police officers not to intervene. #CallKeir

people HAVE GOT to move away from thinking about racism on a case by case basis and start looking at the institution as a whole. only then will you realize that simply charging the cop who engaged in murderous activity is wholly insufficient
