I need more breakcore in games man... maybe i'm just a 90s baby but like... bro. that shit was so peak in games, that i mentally associated gaming with breakcore and breakcore with gaming. Games feel "right" with breakcore, and breakcore feels "right" with games. Not always tho.

Something I noticed now after seeing it so many years after, is that I didn’t catch the disparity in triangle LOD between assets in the same scene. The kart is far too dense for the gimbals and the gimbals too low-poly for the kart. We could’ve afforded complicating the gimbals.

So, it's not recent, but it's unseen work I did for an Orrery-inspired "Pitstop" in our racing roguelite at the company I worked at before they collapsed and it all got shelved. I wanted a sense of "scale" to go with it, and kept some sub-objects separate for animation and such.
