Litherland Remyca Reserves

@WestCheshireLge officials. Thank you for putting up with me. But thanks for all you do. Without you there is no football. The referees. I’m sure you won’t miss me. But again. Thank you. And finally all opposition teams. Players, officials Everyone. It’s been my pleasure.

Andy Hickey. Another valued member of the and of course Elliot Hardie who I’m delighted to see is now doing a fine job at Litherland Athletic. To all the lads who’ve played for us. Thank you. Again like what any club should do I’ve made friends for life through this team.

Luke Kelly. A young boy who I’ve watched grow into a man. And a fine man. Was absolutely delighted. To see him move up the first team as assistant in the summer and a great coach who can go as far as he wants in the game.

Another. Who went to the ends of the earth to help keep this team together for as long as it did. Without doubt he kept it going for probably a lot longer than it should have. Another diamond, another friend.

Yesterdays news. Sometimes things just come to a natural end. What can I say about @ATKelly67 the man is an absolute diamond. No finer football man you’d ever meet who absolutely done everything for the lads and a man I can now call a friend. @redredrice Christ. What a guy.

The dust has settled a little bit now after yesterday’s announcement. It was not an easy decision to pull the plug on the team but it really was a decision that needed to be made. I have absolutely loved being involved with @RemycaUtd and my involvement does not end because of
