During his visit to China, Secretary General Hon. Christophe Bazivamo witnessed the signing of two MoUs, One between the Changsha Museum and the RCHA and another between the Rwanda Polytechnic and the Changsha Vocational and Technical College Hon. Bazivamo also held discussions with the Hunan Provincial leadership that focused on advancing bilateral cooperation, mainly in the areas of city-to-city cooperation between Shangsha and Kigali Cities and between Loudi and Muhanga District, cooperation that shall focus but not limited to trade, investment, agriculture, technology and Education.

In his opening remarks, Secretary General Hon. Christophe Bazivamo conveyed to the participants, greetings from H.E President Paul Kagame who is also Chairman of RPF-Inkotanyi. He thanked them for their participation and the role they continue to play in Rwanda’s development process noting that as members of RPF-Inkotanyi, we have committed ourselves to being at the forefront of building and developing Rwanda. Hon. Bazivamo emphasized that the gathering was an opportunity for dialogue aimed at self-renewal in terms of mindset, concrete actions, and thinking big to ensure that we achieve goals we have set for country.
