Every child deserves a strong start and a deep understanding of our history. At Manomet Elementary in Plymouth, we celebrated Massachusetts 250 and our commitment to education. Massachusetts leads in student achievement, expanding free Pre-K and childcare assistance.

Farming and fishing are at the heart of our region’s economy and way of life. I spoke today at the Falmouth Food Assessment launch about the importance of supporting our local farmers and fishermen.

Great start to the week in Plymouth with Rep. @kathylanatra and Rep. Michelle Badger. We toured the Plymouth Municipal Airport, met with the Plymouth Public Schools leadership team, and visited the Pilgrim Area Collaborative.

Yesterday we had another great day in the District. I stopped by the Plymouth Boys & Girls Club before heading to our listening tour stop in Pembroke. Finally, wrapped the day with a drop in visit with the Pembroke Town Democrats!

Another exciting day in the district! Started off meeting with Falmouth town Manager Mike Renshaw. Then we celebrated the groundbreaking of the Upper Coonamesstt River Restoration project.

Honored to celebrate the life and legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. at the Church of the Pilgrimage in Plymouth and at the Coonamessett Inn in Falmouth.

The State of the Commonwealth is strong - ranked best state to live and raise a family, number one state for healthcare, highest wages in the country & one of safest places to live. But the job is far from done. There is work ahead to make Massachusetts more affordable for us.
