Public space is crucial for our communities. Since taking office, I've helped bring in over $3.6 million to revitalize parks, rec centers, school courtyards, and more. This week, I'm happy to announce SPRING, my initiative to bring more state dollars back to the district.
School solar in action! I loved visiting Manheim School District recently to attend the ribbon-cutting on their brand new solar array! This installation brought jobs to the area, generates clean energy, and will help the district cover their rising costs without raising taxes.
You got a knock on the door, and suddenly you've signed up for an energy supplier that seems like a great deal - until it isn't. This predatory practice must end. @RepHeatherBoyd & I sent a letter to the PUC today supporting reforms in their current case. spotlightpa.org/news/2026/10…

Thank you to @SenatorPattyKim, @RepFiedler, and @RepNateDavidson for joining us to share their experience raising their families and their work to make life easier for Pennsylvania families.
As utility bills continue to rise month after month, electric customers deserve to know how those decisions were made. I'm proud that HB2584, a companion to Senator Michele Brooks' SB1254, passed the House this week with overwhelming bipartisan support. pahouse.com/Fiedler/InTheNew…
I'm excited to work with the new bicameral Kids and Families Caucus. We're a group of legislators focused on making life better for our youngest Pennsylvanians and their parents and caretakers. One key part of that support? Adequately funding mass transit.
No more loud ads! Families deserve peace of mind and control - in their home, and on their home devices. I'm happy my Loud Ads bill with Rep. Shaffer passed the House this week with overwhelming bipartisan support.

Yesterday, the House passed one of the biggest environmental and affordability wins in Pa history. Millions that were originally allocated for natural gas will be re-invested in renewables + a data center usage fee will create cash payments for ratepayers. pahouse.com/Fiedler/InTheNew…
The bill includes $34.7 million available as a rebate for homes that install solar panels or heat pumps - that's putting dollars back into people's pockets and boosting the clean energy sector.
The House Energy Committee and House Democrats have a comprehensive plan to address and reverse the energy crisis that the PUC warned about in September. We need more energy generation, a more efficient grid, and modern infrastructure to meet peak demand.
Bill sponsors and advocates will gather in the Capitol on Monday to discuss this package and how policy can help us solve this crisis. The livestream will be available here: youtube.com/live/4eSpTD7mIvo
When you pay for electricity each month, the price should be for the true cost of energy, not extra profits for the megarich.
Last week, I gathered my colleagues in the House to renew our commitment to the Energy Affordability package, which on the whole could save households hundreds of dollars on their utility bills each year.
Rep. Elizabeth Fiedler retweeted
“Batteries can store electricity when it’s plentiful and cheap, and then deploy it when demand is high and electricity is most expensive. That makes our grid more reliable and reduces costs for ratepayers.” - @PaHouseDems Rep. Rivera

You've just gotten the baby to sleep while the older kids watch their favorite show on low volume, when suddenly - 🔊BOOM! - the super loud audio from an ad disrupts everything. That's not just a small annoyance - it's an unfair business practice that disrupts our lives!
Today, House Democrats gathered in the Capitol to renew our commitment to the Energy Affordability package we first shared in April. These bills would protect consumers by reining in corporate greed, improving grid efficiency, and regulating data centers. pahouse.com/Fiedler/InTheNew…
Last month, Pennsylvania got a dire warning about our energy future, with the PUC expecting drastic grid failures by 2030. I called a hearing in the House Energy Committee to better understand this report and hear recommendations from industry experts.
