Wow. I’ve been quiet until now, but…
THIS?… what the hell? This map is the worst I’ve seen yet, and I’ve seen many. This Frankenstein looking thing was NO DOUBT drawn up by a very small handful of guys in a secret room. NOBODY should support this insanely bad map.
I am 100% opposed to this latest and worst iteration of proposed Louisiana Congressional Districts.

No kid should start the school day hungry.
HB 269, renews my push to provide free breakfast for every public school student in Louisiana. When kids have food, they can focus, learn, and succeed.
This is about giving every child a fair start to the day. @LAHouseDems #lalege

Today, we honor the life and legacy of Rev. Jackson-a fearless voice for justice, dignity, and hope-showing all that faith and courage can bend the arc of history toward justice.
Let us continue his work and keep faith with the future he fought to build.

Rep. Kyle Green retweeted
In this week's LaPolitics #LaLege/#LaGov/#LaDC Q&A, @DemConvention Delegate @RepKyleGreen predicts the nation's lower chamber will go blue: "With essentially a three-vote majority in this Congress and Democrats poised to pick up at least two seats in the next Congress due to redistricting successes in Louisiana and Alabama, I believe if all things stay the same, control of the House of Representatives will flip to the Democratic Party." Proud to support VP @kamalaharris as the @thedemocrats nominee for President of the United States of America. #lalege #lagov #DNCConvention2024 #DNC2024
Thank you @abbydphillip for having me on tonight to explain why I think HB 71 is blatantly unconstitutional and seeks to overturn Stone v. Graham, decided by the Supreme Court in 1980. #lalege
NEWSNIGHT DEBATE: Louisiana GOP State Rep Lauren Ventrella, who co-authored a bill that requires the Ten Commandments be displayed in the state's public schools, debates the controversial bill with Dem @RepKyleGreen.
Judge Dick has ruled the current LA House and Senate districts violate the Section 2 of the VRA. #lalege
I am thankful to Speaker @phillipdevillier1 for reappointing me to the committees of Commerce and Insurance and appointing me to the committee on Judiciary for the 2024-2028 legislative term. #lalege
I’m hopeful the @GovJeffLandry Admin. will enroll LA to participate in @USDAGov’s launch of their new permanent grocery program called the Summer EBT. Should they enroll, eligible LA families (about 594k kids) will receive $40-120/month/child for groceries during summer. #lalege
Yesterday, I took the oath of office to begin my second term in the @lahouseofreps with my biggest supporters there to watch. And four years later, it’s still a dream.
District 83, thank you for the opportunity to continue serving you for another four years! #lalege
Today, the @TheJusticeDept filed a Notice of Intervention in Narnine v. Ardoin. This could render the State’s Motion for Dismissal and arguments in support of the 8th Circuit’s ruling against a private right of action against the VRA moot. #lalege
As a former member of the SU Men’s Golf team, I’m happy to see the return of the program. #gojagsports #southernisthestandard #lalege
SU Men’s Golf swings into competition for the first time in nearly 13 years. #gojagsports #SouthernIsTheStandard #GoJags #ElevateTheStandard
This is awesome. #lalege
