He's right about this. Sondland's memory problems make him a less-than-ideal witness. He wasn't a note-taker or even particularly conscientious about his conversations with the president.

On this morning’s Sunday news shows, Schiff and Comey are talking as if the FISA abuse and the reliance on and flaws with the Steele dossier weren’t known until this past week. I and many others have been saying this for years and we have been attacked as conspiracy theorists.

Sloppiness? The FBI spied on 4 American citizens. They violated Carter Page’s civil liberties. They made 17 serious errors or omissions to the FISA Court.
